How these people tie their shoes, much less run a business, is beyond me. I asked these bozos to call me when an ETA of their arrival, I get a phone call 30 minutes later saying ""yeah I just finished here I was told to call you when I was done"" I asked what he was talking about, since no one came to my place of business and he claimed he had, even though he was reading the wrong address off to me. I assured him he was mistaken which caused him to speak to me as if I was the one who had made the mistake. I was then called by someone in the office who made a new appointment for the next day and asked me to send photos via email. The next day, 40 minutes after the appointment time I call the technician and he tells me he already came yesterday and isn't coming and claimed I didn't listen to him the day previous. I hung up and called the office and these clowns still think that this bozo is coming even though he decided on his own not to come. Absolutely unprofessional and I wouldn't trust these people to do any kind of work at my home or business

Overall it was a good experience. Gleb came to fix a leaking shower faucet quickly and arrived ahead of schedule. He was also able the get the replacement part quickly and check that things were working properly. Glad to have his help and expertise.

I have a clogged kitchen sink and PPT is the most responsive team among a few plumbing company that I talked to. Gleb came to my house and solved the problem quickly. He also showed me how to maintain the drain in order not to clog it in the future.

Finally! A plumber who didn't make a mountain out of a mole hill- who was polite, efficient, knowledgeable and also knew what he didn't know. He reinstalled a hanging toilet and descales my water heater quietly and neatly for a standard price (i have been quoted double!) thank you Gelb.

I think it was Artur that came by? Plus another guy. They hydrojetted all my exterior drains, several of which were not draining well, leading to water pooling and overflowing into the garage, not great :( In addition to clearing all my drains, the PPT crew also explained my drain topology, and further ensured all water could drain freely out to the street...which is where they discovered a Thomas The Tank Engine toy lodged in and blocking the pipe where the water is supposed to flow to the street!
