I really appreciate Artur and his team! I called around 9am for a garbage disposal repair and they stopped by same day at 11am and were done by 11:30am. I called around and repair price was fair and he even brought an extra disposal to be able to address a full replacement if necessary. Above all, I noticed they were very respectful of my space... would recommend 10/10!

Igor was our main contact and he was in charge of all the electrical work, his brother did all the plumbing. Igor kept up-to-date estimates for all work that was detailed out to the penny. I can't say enough good things about this company and Artur. We had a toilet tank crack and a shower that was not getting really hot. Artur showed up, and fixed them both in about an hour. He was quick and knowledgeable. When I called it was not an emergency so they got us an appointment with in 48 hours. When your technician is close by you get a text and a link to track to see where they are and how close they are. I felt the pricing was fair and they even took the old toilet away for a disposal fee of $18. I will definitely use this company again. And I was told they also have electricians. I definitely recommend this company and Artur as a technician. I found them on yelp after reading such good reviews, so I am adding another 5 Star review. If you need a Plummer definitely call PPT!!!

This time I needed a gas pipe cut and capped, in a hard-to-reach location.

Paul arrived on time the next morning after my call, did the job quickly and professionally. Very happy with this company's service and quality.
