I bought a shower stall from these guys. I received just the stall and no glass. I called to then order the glass and they said ""sorry we don't do that. You'll have to take measurements and find a custom glass shop"". I can't believe they sold me something without the ability to provide the most important part. This was really expensive and now I'm screwed. Never going back!

Went in there to get an alternative to a pinch clamp. Both guys at the desk had never heard of one. I even showed it to them and they were puzzled. Wow, they need to educate their employees better. Anyone with pluming knowledge show know what that is.

BTW, they were nice but not very helpful.

My experience at Pacific plumbing supply was much better than expected. As a matter of fact, it was downright delightful.

The staff was helpful and friendly. They helped me resolve a nagging kitchen sink disposal problem. They provided me the right part at a great price and I was able to fix my drainage problem.

From what I understand the management of the store has changed in the last year or so. If your experience wasn't as stellar as mine you might want to give them another shot.

A follow up to my first review. These guys are better then good. JACK and MIKE just made my
day. THEY DO SELL RETAIL TO THE PUBLIC. I decided to replace my Eternal Hybrid Tank less water heater. I ask Jack Heaney how close he could come to matching the plumbing on the Eternal, to a new Tankless system. Jack Heaney and Mike Meyer came up with a Navien
Tankless Water Heater, which matches plumbing configurations very closely, so all I needed to do, was have the new unit mounted exactly where the old unit was, and the price was 40%
less then the Eternal. PLUS they had the unit in stock with the fittings I needed to make the change. With that, the change over costs were minimal, and it all got done the same day. If you have never been without hot water that is a very big deal. ALL I CAN SAY IS, THANKS JACK HEANEY AND MIKE MEYER. Give Jack a call, and you will be writing a review like this. These guys are amazing, and they will go out of their way to make your life better. Call Jack at

Not homeowner friendly. I did have a few questions but the gentleman refused to answer anything and rather stated he didn't know. With the smirk on his face I felt he knew but wasn't talking. If you know the part you need great....that is all he is there for and said as much.
Next time I can get the parts on Amazon or big box retailer.
