Rude customer service. Maybe I wasn't the right color or didn't have enough dirt on my clothes but the guy who sat at the counter treated me like crap. Came in asking for plumbing parts and rather than helping me he tried to correct my pronunciation of a plumbing company product name. Won't be spending my money with people who treat me like that.

I needed some crazy huge copper fittings. They had them, and all I needed to give them was my firstborn child!
All kidding aside, the staff were friendly and answered my questions, even though I don't know all of the ins, outs, and what have you's of the plumbing trade. I will be going back for sure.

Arrived during their off hours but luckily a sales person happen to be in doing some work. He was nice enough to open the door and allow me to purchase what I needed (a Moen faucet cartridge and a trim kit for my bathroom). He was professional, patient and explained the parts to me.
He treated me like I had been a valued customer. They are now my go to place for any future plumbing parts.
Also, I had previously gone to Lowe's and was unable to get the parts and friendly service like I did from Pacific Plumbing.

I had already purchased a shower head for a new bathroom so needed to find a valve and handle, which now are only sold as sets (with shower head and bathtub faucet) at box stores. Finn at Pacific was extremely knowledgable and helpful in selecting a good quality Moen valve, and attractive chrome handle at reasonable prices (competitive with Amazon). Within a few minutes I was all ready to install. Highly recommend!

I think this store mainly caters to people in the plumbing trade and contractors, but they nevertheless seemed happy to help me with my quirky singular DIY issue anyway. Ive never done any plumbing work ever, but I have a broken showerhead that we can't live with anymore, so I wandered in looking for a random, specialized fitting (after the Lowes employee ignored me, walked off on me, and ultimately couldn't ""find"" the parts I needed). There were several employees around, so I only had to wait a minute for help. Then a very nice young man listened to my non expert interpretation of the problem/fitting I needed and was able to find the exact parts I'd need, including giving me a demonstration of how to put the parts together and advising that I should use a special tape as well. It took him five minutes and he was super nice the entire time. Thank you so much! We are looking forward to more showers in our future.

Thank you Pacific Plumbing for going the extra mile to help me find a replacement faucet cartridge, a task that I discovered to prove more daunting than I originally thought. Keep up the good work.

If I could put zero stars I would! The teenager at the counter had no idea what I was talking about and couldn't ask the 2 idiot coworkers for help because they were too busy whining about their wives. The kid said I could look at what they had..I said ""so you can't help me?"" He laughed and said no. So while the 2 older guys were crying about their home life they lost a customer.

Was very pleased with the service and caring attitude. I would truly recommend them!

THese guys were rude and could care less, Had a sewer line break, gave me a the wrong parts and when I returned them they charge me a 15% restock fee for the wrongs parts they gave me. Two guys at the desk barley looked up at you! What is good customer service whithout listening to your customer = Bad/poor customer service.
