What started out as a probable toilet leak resulted in the discovery of a ""chamber of horrors."" Pacific Plumbing came highly recommended by our resident manager, as they have done previous work in our building. Responding to my urgent message, owner Ray Stockton came by early one evening after a job to check out my bath situation and concluded that the toilet was leaking, but suspected that the issue was a bit more serious. He made mention about my rusting bathtub and said, ""It would be irresponsible of me to NOT look at your tub because it's the worst I've seen."" Ray and David came by the following week, went through the drywall and surveyed the damage. Toilet, not as bad as suspected. New wax seal - easy fix. Bathtub, BAD. Corroding, ready to go. Sensing the urgency and concern for my welfare, Ray sent in Tony the next day to demo the bath tile. The following week, my old tub was taken out and a new one installed. They also installed 15 sq. feet of new floor tile and painted a bit. The marble contractor came by to measure for the new tub surround. This all took place in 5 days spread throughout 1 1/2 weeks. All I had to wait for was the manufacturing of the cultured marble tub surround, which would take about a few weeks. The total project restoration was completed in about a month. David came by to rebuild my sink cabinet, which was warped due to the leak. This saved me from having to buy a new bath cabinet. The quote provide to me by Ray from the get go was reasonable, and I was able to charge it on my credit card. But the best part of this restoration was the care and concern for MY welfare and MY needs by Ray and his crew, Tony, David, and Ashley. For Pacific Plumbing, it's not about making a lot of money. It's all about doing good work and cultivating positive relationships. Now, the smallest area in my home is the prettiest! Much mahalo to Ray and Pacific Plumbing!

Look no further you've found the right company.! I am currently working with Pacific Plumbing to work on a plumbing issue I have and have never felt this comfortable working with a company. I felt that during the first phone call, I had the right company. Ray the owner, asked about my problem and he spoke to me asking details and was very thorough in understanding my need. You will NOT find another company who takes the time to build relationships and not just thinking wallet size. His staff members are reliable, respectful and trustworthy. I am so grateful for this company as I didn't feel they were ripping me off and Satisfied with workmanship. Ray the owner took his time out for a follow up call. Now where can you find a company the will follow-up if needed. He really is customer service oriented. I would give them 10 stars if could. Thank you Pacific Plumbing for being one of the few that you will find that are as professional as this company.

Our hot water pipes were down to a trickle. We knew we'd need to have them replaced so we started calling around. Pacific Plumbing seemed to be the most knowledgeable and quoted a reasonable price. The company sent Tony Li to do the work and he worked late into the evening to get the job done. We were very happy with the work, and even happier when we got the bill.

Daughter heard a ""dripping"" sound coming from the toilet which continued even after shutting off the water! Contacted Pacific Plumbing and someone came by later that afternoon after another job in the area! The fix was figured out and completed so fast and efficiently So ver please with Pacific Plumbing's service and staff. I'd recommend them to anyone!

Had a shower handle break in the morning with the water in the 'on' position. Our property manager ended up getting ahold of Pacific Plumbing, who happened to be nearby. Ray showed up 10 minutes later and ended up getting the handle fixed in only about 10 minutes. Mahalo!

The following is a review for Pacific Plumbing, a company that truly values their work and reputation. As homeowners and landlords who have had our fair share of negative experiences with plumbers and contractors, we were relieved to come across a gem like Pacific Plumbing. Their master plumber, Lowell, displayed the expertise and determination needed to get the job done right, even when the task proved to be more challenging than anticipated. After having the same issue fixed twice by a previous contractor who claimed the parts were obsolete and would break again, we were hesitant to hire someone else. But Pacific Plumbing not only saved us money, they also provided a written assurance of their work, which gave us peace of mind knowing that the repair would last as stated. Initially, we were a bit guarded when we first contacted Ray, the owner of Pacific Plumbing. However, after sending him photos and a short video, his response was more laser-focused and we felt more comfortable moving forward with the repairs. Overall, we highly recommend Pacific Plumbing for their exceptional service, expertise, value, and integrity. We look forward to working with them again in the future.

Sharing my experience, in hopes others won't have to go through this. It's extremely stressful. We had a tub leak dripping down to the unit below. Our resident manager recommended this company and now I regret going with them to take care of this project. We were given a flat estimate for the leak investigation - $350 for a 2 man job. Fair enough, but you would assume they would throughly investigate, looking at other probable causes for the leak first - loose fixtures, loose drain seal, etc ... NOPE! They went straight through cutting the ceiling drywall to take a look at the pipes. Upon discovery, pipes were good and the cause for the leak - a loose seal. The solution - $3 drain putty to reseal. Obviously, had we known all this, we would've done the job ourselves, but we looked to their expertise and knowledge to do a thorough investigation, but because of our ignorance, we're left now having to coordinate with the tenants below us and a handyman to fix their ceiling, which will cost us another $1500+. To add to that, we are still waiting for our invoice from this company and I can already see the charges racking up - a 2 man job that easily could've been done with 1 man since I could've done the job of that 1 man who basically was just there to run the water, the labor and material cost to cut into the ceiling and temporarily cover the ceiling until we get a handyman to patch it up, and the plumber putty. Honestly, I felt this company had their best interest in mind and had they first checked the basics - like the seal, we could've avoided all these unnecessary headaches.
