The following is a review for Pacific Plumbing, a company that truly values their work and reputation. As homeowners and landlords who have had our fair share of negative experiences with plumbers and contractors, we were relieved to come across a gem like Pacific Plumbing. Their master plumber, Lowell, displayed the expertise and determination needed to get the job done right, even when the task proved to be more challenging than anticipated. After having the same issue fixed twice by a previous contractor who claimed the parts were obsolete and would break again, we were hesitant to hire someone else. But Pacific Plumbing not only saved us money, they also provided a written assurance of their work, which gave us peace of mind knowing that the repair would last as stated. Initially, we were a bit guarded when we first contacted Ray, the owner of Pacific Plumbing. However, after sending him photos and a short video, his response was more laser-focused and we felt more comfortable moving forward with the repairs. Overall, we highly recommend Pacific Plumbing for their exceptional service, expertise, value, and integrity. We look forward to working with them again in the future.

Look no further you've found the right company.! I am currently working with Pacific Plumbing to work on a plumbing issue I have and have never felt this comfortable working with a company. I felt that during the first phone call, I had the right company. Ray the owner, asked about my problem and he spoke to me asking details and was very thorough in understanding my need. You will NOT find another company who takes the time to build relationships and not just thinking wallet size. His staff members are reliable, respectful and trustworthy. I am so grateful for this company as I didn't feel they were ripping me off and Satisfied with workmanship. Ray the owner took his time out for a follow up call. Now where can you find a company the will follow-up if needed. He really is customer service oriented. I would give them 10 stars if could. Thank you Pacific Plumbing for being one of the few that you will find that are as professional as this company.

Daughter heard a ""dripping"" sound coming from the toilet which continued even after shutting off the water! Contacted Pacific Plumbing and someone came by later that afternoon after another job in the area! The fix was figured out and completed so fast and efficiently So ver please with Pacific Plumbing's service and staff. I'd recommend them to anyone!

Absolutely top notch plumbing service. They show up as scheduled with the appropriate tools and knowledge to complete the job. Solved my 17 year low water pressure situation with my kitchen sink. Do not use this company, or you will regret it. I actually paid for a conservative estimate for a project last year specifically because I did not want them to lowball me. The architect and electrician are now available, so I emailed to confirm the estimate, and after taking 2 weeks to get back to me, they informed me the cost went up 23% in one year! When asked about it, the owner said he was surprised the initial estimate was so low (even though he was the one who gave the estimate). Then the front office lady said we did not pay for the estimate, even though I have an invoice for it. They are dishonest and unprofessional.

Sharing my experience, in hopes others won't have to go through this. It's extremely stressful. We had a tub leak dripping down to the unit below. Our resident manager recommended this company and now I regret going with them to take care of this project. We were given a flat estimate for the leak investigation - $350 for a 2 man job. Fair enough, but you would assume they would throughly investigate, looking at other probable causes for the leak first - loose fixtures, loose drain seal, etc ... NOPE! They went straight through cutting the ceiling drywall to take a look at the pipes. Upon discovery, pipes were good and the cause for the leak - a loose seal. The solution - $3 drain putty to reseal. Obviously, had we known all this, we would've done the job ourselves, but we looked to their expertise and knowledge to do a thorough investigation, but because of our ignorance, we're left now having to coordinate with the tenants below us and a handyman to fix their ceiling, which will cost us another $1500+. To add to that, we are still waiting for our invoice from this company and I can already see the charges racking up - a 2 man job that easily could've been done with 1 man since I could've done the job of that 1 man who basically was just there to run the water, the labor and material cost to cut into the ceiling and temporarily cover the ceiling until we get a handyman to patch it up, and the plumber putty. Honestly, I felt this company had their best interest in mind and had they first checked the basics - like the seal, we could've avoided all these unnecessary headaches.

Had a shower handle break in the morning with the water in the 'on' position. Our property manager ended up getting ahold of Pacific Plumbing, who happened to be nearby. Ray showed up 10 minutes later and ended up getting the handle fixed in only about 10 minutes. Mahalo!

LO was beyond awesome to say the least! He went above and beyond to ensure that everything was prepped and prepared prior to installing a new water heater inside my townhome. He took pictures and measurements, even went outside to look for the main water valve incase there was an emergency. I knew I was in good hands! On the day of, he lined my carpets with thick canvas to ensure it would stay clean which I totally appreciated because Lowe's doesn't do any of the sort. He came prepared with all the necessary tools but what has made me a loyal customer now for life is his knowledge and thoroughness in ensuring the job is done to the best of his ability. In other words, he will not do a half a** job! Thanks LO, you're the best! Kudos to Ashley too who scheduled everything and when I needed my shower valves fixed right after, she made it work that same week! Much appreciation to you both and I'm so grateful to have found Pacific Plumbing!!!

Pacific Plumbing goes above and beyond and does excellent work in a timely manner. Ashley was very easy to talk to and work with and she quickly scheduled someone to come look at our water pressure problem. While he was there, Josh also was able to take a look at our toilets which were running between flushes. Pacific Plumbing took care of it all, which included installing a whole new water heater, and it was so awesome to have a hot shower again at full blast! I would highly recommend them because of their quality of work, work ethic, customer service and timeliness! Also, Ashley called a few days later to just check in and see if everything was going well. Wow, that really impressed me. Most companies just take the money and wait until you contact them if any problems arise after the fact. I don't think I would ask anyone else to address our Plumbing issues in the future.
