Steve M.ZERO ZERO ZERO Stars. 100% NEVER RECOMMEND. Worse plumbing service I have ever used. THEY HAVE NO ISSUES CHEATING YOU AND CHARGING YOU.
USE RESCUE ROOTER. They came out a few days later and fixed the job and gave it a 30 day warranty. Pacific was going to charge me $479.00 again to come out and look at it and try to fix it again.
Called for an emergency service for Apartment units. Person on the phone quoted me $299 per hour in 1/2 hour increments after the first hour. I have my usual plumbing service I use, Rescue Rooter, but they were unable to come out this evening. I was reluctant but used Pacific.
Plumber Chris came out, started using his camera, which at the time I was unaware was an extra charge but they never told me, but I will also not knock them because they ended up not charging me for it. Chris never could find the solution so he starts using the snake on the Washing Machine drain. Not to mention, the whole time he is asking me to run back and forth between apartments as more than one unit was effected by this clog. I was checking for water, turning on the faucet, helping him move things so he could work. At the end of the job, I was not there to see him test the water as I had to help out at another unit, I just trusted his word he completed it. We confirmed that he was there for less than 2 hours. He said he did not have his machine to charge me but said that it would be $1,000.00. I said you only were here for 2 hours, he said its emergency hours and they charge way more for that. I mention to him to invoice me the next day and he said he would.
The following day, I get the invoice and thankfully it was not $1,000.00 but a little under $800.00. Most I was expecting was $600.00. They charge me for an extra half hour (2.5 hours) that he stayed on my parking lot to do paper work, okay. Also another note, tenant texted me the same morning and said issue was not solved at all and it was exactly the same. I speak with them the following day and express all my concerns and share that the issue WAS NOT resolved at all. The person on the call says, why didn't I mention anything right away, I said the tenant just reported this to me yesterday, I was busy so i am calling you today about adjusting the invoice and also the unresolved issue.
Pacific will say one thing and it will be another thing. Person on phone was quoting one price and Plumber another. They will not tell you about hidden charges like using the camera. Their Plumber Chris did not know what he was doing and never solved the issue. Called to speak to their billing person, did not raise my voice once and she said I berated her, I wanted to but surprisingly stayed mostly calm. She also HUNG UP on me. Real professionals.

So unprofessional. I live at an apartment complex they were doing work on and they didn't show up on the day we were told our water was going to be shut off. They showed up the next day with no notice and while I was in the shower(had zero notice they would be there or turning the water off) and they turned the water off. When I called the manager they told me they just found out they would finally be doing the work they were supposed to be doing the previous day. Manager called them and called me back. Manager let me know they were being very avoidant about being able to turn the water back on so I could just finish my shower and I had to leave my own home to shower at a family members house down the street. Maybe don't show up unannounced on a day you weren't supposed to be there and give no notice of water being shut off.
Holly S.I needed a simple replacement of hot/cold water faucet for my washing machine. They said they could replace it or, for $200 more ($750 total) put an insert in the wall. When the job was done they had made a hole in the wall much bigger than the insert and just shoved and screwed the drywall back in in pieces, with gaps and the insert not flush with the wall. They said that's how they leave it and one tech said he's been telling the company they should hire drywallers. I complained and they did end up hiring a drywaller to fix it, only because they hadn't put the condition they leave the wall in in my estimate. Once they fixed it I asked if they'll start repairing the drywall for future customers. They said no, it's up to the customers to fix. Apparently even with a simple replacement of the fixture they would have put a hole in my wall. Beware that if you don't want a drywall repair project on your hands, don't use this company. The second star is for doing the repairs, even though it was due to a technicality.
Shawn D.Because of weather they rescheduled me 3 times. I was accommodating, even though I didn't have hot water because I wanted others, who didn't have water to get service. I was able to get the hot water back on with a help of a handyman, but it was still needing full service, so they rescheduled me a week later.
I was called and asked to reschedule again and I just couldn't do it this time. They said they would be out from 12-2pm. They didn't show and at 2:15pm, I called to ask why. They lied to me and and told me they left me a message (I had no missed calls, no messages) they would be seriously behind and I just needed to understand that. I asked if they could get a better idea of when the plumber would be out because I had meetings. They berated me acting like I was an issue because I wasn't accommodating them for the 4th and 5th time.
While I was being told this, I explained that I cannot have my time wasted as my business meetings cannot be moved and its how I make money. They told me they were cancelling my service and I needed to find a new plumber.
This customer service was appalling. They clearly do not care about their customers and have no problem kicking the can then finding solutions to help them.
I have over 1M followers on multiple social media accounts and its all I can do not to post this to all of those accounts. Very disappointed and I am sad I have to write this today.
A pipe snapped at 2am this morning. Couldn't get water turned off it was pouring in the basement . Jess called 911 for me and the fire department couldn't get the water turned off . Called fire department back and they made Vancouver water come do a emergency shut off . They came out got water mostly off and at 7am Tyler came out found the problem fixed it . This company needs more than 5 stars in my book . Will always call them 1st. They also got Prestige Restoration out at 330 to clean up all the water it was a foot deep . They took all the pictures and is helping with getting insurance to cover repair . THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your journeyman, Justin re-piped almost our whole house, upstairs and downstairs, from the basement bathroom ceiling, leaving minimal repairs. You can tell he has years of experience, as well as excellent craftsmanship. Your apprentices with Justin's tutelage left us with a great re-pipe job! My favorite part of the re-pipe was the recirculating pump, now we have hot water in seconds, instead of minutes with great water pressure. Now our 1958 beautiful home, feels like a brand new home! They quoted me and estimate of around $700 dollars and I greed to have the job done when I got the bill it was $924 and change. If I had known it was going to be higher I would have gotten some other estimates.
Jerry G.Easy to get an appointment- it was especially appreciated when our toilet broke at 2am and started making a LOUD GRINDING sound! They arrived the day I called. Tech was professional and friendly.
NOT USE THIS COMPANY they barely deserve 1 star. I had a plumber come out due to an emergency leak. He struggled to put in the necessary piece that needed to be put back in the fixtures, asked to use our pliers?!? And did nothing extra that would require good customer service AT ALL. Stayed in my house 10 min and charged me $400 . I was definitely the sucker
Selina D.Five stars!! Out of 13 calls to different plumbers, they were the only ones that answered the phone with a professional live person. I needed a facet replaced.They provided the cost up front and I scheduled something the next day. After I scheduled, I received a text message confirming the day and time of the appointment. About 30 minutes before the arrival time I received a phone call and another text message with the name and tracking of the ETA of my technician. Patrick was assigned to the project and was on time. He was professional, friendly and efficient. It was done fast and with care. He provided me information on what to look for and what was replaced. I received another text message thanking me for using their services and asked I rate the service. I would recommend this company to anyone and use them again for future projects!
