NOT USE THIS COMPANY they barely deserve 1 star. I had a plumber come out due to an emergency leak. He struggled to put in the necessary piece that needed to be put back in the fixtures, asked to use our pliers?!? And did nothing extra that would require good customer service AT ALL. Stayed in my house 10 min and charged me $400 . I was definitely the sucker

Five stars!! Out of 13 calls to different plumbers, they were the only ones that answered the phone with a professional live person. I needed a facet replaced.They provided the cost up front and I scheduled something the next day. After I scheduled, I received a text message confirming the day and time of the appointment. About 30 minutes before the arrival time I received a phone call and another text message with the name and tracking of the ETA of my technician. Patrick was assigned to the project and was on time. He was professional, friendly and efficient. It was done fast and with care. He provided me information on what to look for and what was replaced. I received another text message thanking me for using their services and asked I rate the service. I would recommend this company to anyone and use them again for future projects!

Don't you just love competent professionals who coordinate with other professionals to get the job done? Patrick the Plumber was so polite and easy to work with - and was very mindful of my old dog who really wanted to go under the house and help him work. I had a really bad clog in my main sewer line. It caused sewage to come up from my bathtub and it would not drain whatsoever. Pacific came out to fix the problem. They had to spend about 2 hours running a cable down the cleanout in our back yard. Thankfully they got the main sewer line cleaned out and were super friendly and professional. My main reason for giving a 3 star review is that after they snaked the cleanout, I brought them inside and asked them about the sewage in the tub. They basically told me to use a plunger on it and replace the trip lever drain stopper and it should be fine. I took out the stopper and I plunged it for nearly an hour and it still wouldn't drain. I called another company to come out the next day and within 15 mins they had the problem fixed. I kind of felt like Pacific left the job half done, which was extremely frustrating. The main line was in need of being cleaned, so I am thankful they did that. But its frustrating to spend over $400 and have them leave without everything working as it should.

These guys are awesome and so understanding. I called to reschedule like 3x then ended up cancelling (got issue fixed with over the counter stuff) but they were never rude or sassy about my large volume of calls. They were also able to do same day work. I will definitely use them next time.

Poor work, dishonest employees. They were hired by a warranty companyto do a diagnosis, never performed a diagnosis because they did not feel comfortable doing a diagnosis due to the pipe being PVC, and told the warranty company that they did do a diagnosis and that the hot water heater was fine. I ended up having to pay an additional $75 to the warranty company to have another company come out, perform an actual diagnosis and replace. It was breached. How did they not catch that. Had they just been honest with the warranty company and said they didn't feel comfortable doing the repairs the warranty company would have just dispatched another compan and saved me $75. Picture coming soon of the poor faucet repair they did do.

I just had Patrick, from Pacific Plumbing and drain repair my leaking toilet. I've had a leaking problem for some time and several different plumbers, from different companies, attempt to fix this problem. Other plumbers recognized the problem, but basically only put a band-aid on the problem. They did that because quite a bit of manual labor was required to properly fix the leak.
Well, Patrick didn't hesitate to do the right job, which required a lot of grinding and sweat equity. He explained everything that he did and actually put in some extra protection to be absolutely sure it wouldn't leak again.
I highly recommend Pacific Plumbing and Drain. If you can, ask for Patrick! He is a very polite, conscientious person.

PPD was contracted to do a job at our apartment complex, they never showed up when they were suppose too, they were very unreliable and were in breach of contract several times, the work was incomplete and caused several tenants to miss work and lose wages. The guys that were sent out were rude and very very unreliable. The work that should have been completed in an hour took all day. I have been in my place of residents for several years. Never have I witnessed such lousy service. I think the company needs to pay the wages of those of us who had to miss work for no shows and lousy service.
