The home warranty company sent them when our hot water heater broke and they were very helpful and kind! Always on time wand actually they were 10 minutes early to our diagnosis appointment! Everyone we dealt with was so nice!! Theresa even made sure we could get our water heater all taken care of before we left for a long vacation. Thanks!!! David and James both came to fix the issue and both were knowledgeable and professional. I would totally use this company again, but I hope I don't have too!! :)

Was scheduled with an appointment for leaking blocked pipes. I asked for any available time earlier. Got call at 935, that I could be seen the following day. Called at 950 and they filled my apt. Not impressed

Had a major clogged drain- the size of a small pond - in my bar/ restaurant parking lot and was loosing customers due to parking. Had Pacific Plumbing come out and before I opened they had the drain cleared. Fast service and a very reasonable price. They found the problem and have it cleared within the hour.
Great job - I will use them for any future plumbing issues. And will recommend them to my fellow bar and restaurant owners.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had an emergency back up and have to go outside my warranty and asked if the plumber could tell the warranty service by phone what the diagnosis was if I got them on the line. Not only did they refuse but they hung up on me saying that the appointment wasn't going to work for them because of that. Absolutely terrible customer service and zero compassion for someone whose house is currently getting more damaged by the minute. Shame on you, I am literally in tears because of the stress of this and how I've been treated

Alex Garrett, worked on two toilets and a faucet at my home today. He was very professional and competent and did a great job explaining the work he had completed. Everything is working great now. The person from the office who scheduled the appointment was friendly and helpful. I would for sure ask for Alex if I have plumbing problems again.

The day prior to my wedding we had family arriving from out of town, we also had a clogged kitchen sink, dirty dishes all over the counter and a puddle under the kitchen sink. I found Pacific Plumbing and Drain on the internet with great reviews AND as an added bonus a COUPON!!! - it's understandable now why they get such great reviews. Not only was the receptionist great to talk with but Hardie came out and was professional, knowledgeable, clean (used booties when entering the house), fast, informative (explaining everything he was doing and pointers for avoiding future clogs as well as why NOT to use those chemicals in your drain system). Clog was cleared in a matter of about an hour, he cleaned up his equipment and was on his way and I was back to preparing for our special day! Although I hope I don't get another clog anytime soon I'm confident that if/when I do that I know who to call for great, friendly service at a great price! Thank you Pacific Plumbing!

The only thing worse than having your main sewer line back up into your house is having it back up on a Sunday. After calling PP&DS, the dispatcher kept in touch throughout the afternoon to let me know when I could expect the technician to arrive. It took about 2 hours from the time I called, which on a Sunday I consider pretty good. A general price quote was given on the phone and again when the technician (Jon) arrived. Jon was friendly and professional, he was able to find the obstruction quickly, clear out the line, and then took the time afterwards to verify that the full volume of water was flowing correctly. Jon was very informative about the process and offered helpful recommendations with no hard-sell. The price I paid was the price quoted, with no extra fees or charges. Not all ""Rooter"" services are created equal, this company is one that definitely stands out and earns their stars.
