Thanks, Pacific Plumbing! My tenant called me late on a Sunday afternoon. Apparently the dishwasher installer from day before triggered some plumbing problems. Tony went out that evening, I was hoping it was nothing big, but I was out of town, and could not check on the problem. Turns out, it wasn't huge, the pilot light was out. He knew the water heater was over 20 years old, and treated it gingerly. All fixed. Tenants have hot water, the bill was quite reasonable, and we'll call them for some other, non emergency things. Very polite, no nonsense, and real plumbers.

First of all, don't read the other reviews. One is and idiot who never even hired Pacific Plumbing for their services, and the other is just impatient. They do excellent work at reasonable prices with quality service. These guys really know what they're talking about. What more could you ask for?

I was referred to Pacific Plumbing by a neighbor who was very satisfied with this company. I called and left a message with a woman who said he would call me back. He did not so I called again a few days later and left another message. He called back and said he would call me again with some further information. He did not call again. I called him, and he stated that the camera he needed to do the inspection was in the shop and he would call me back in a few days. He did not. When I explained this to the neighbor, they were surprised as they stated Pacific Plumbing was very responsive to them, did a good job, and had a very good price. I don't know what happened, but I wish I could have had the same experience.
