Bill did a tremendous job fixing a leak in my apartment this week. He investigated the issue thoroughly and made sure that he actually found and fixed the root cause. We had been dealing with the issue for weeks and multiple other attempts to fix it had been in vain. He was quick, knowledgeable and transparent.

Dave came out to service my Lochinvar boiler today. He was on time, did the job in 1.25 hours working quickly and efficiently, he knew what he was doing and the price was fair. I'd definitely use him again for this or other plumbing services.

Bill from Pacific Plumbing helped flush and clean out my water heater as well as replace two shower valves. He solved the issue of not getting hot enough to water in the shower and was very informative about the process.

The only issue I have is that they are not upfront about the price of parts and charge a large premium for them. They charged $225 for two shower valves that would cost $85 at Home Depot. I called the day before the shower valve replacement and asked the price and the guy Chris said he didn't know how much the shower valve cost. Only when I paid did I find out how much it cost.

I needed a tankless water heater replacement for my home, and tried Pacific Plumbing after reading this page with all its glowing reviews. I had one quote already in hand from another local shop for the fanciest top-of-the-line model and after a pleasant conversation on the phone with Tim about my what I wanted (something more budget friendly) I was feeling hopeful. A few pictures and notes were exchanged via email, in which I clarified my preference for an estimate containing two quotes--for both a higher-end and a more budget-friendly option--and then he promptly sent an estimate. So far, so good.

But upon reading the estimate it turned out to only contain one quote, specifying the same top-of-the line model I had previously expressed concerns about. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, I replied to his email cordially with a few questions. And then he disappeared. A week passed and I sent another follow-up email to which, several days later, I have received no response. At this point I'm forced to conclude that this business just wants to sell you the most expensive solution.

It is a comfort to know that Dave and his team can handle my plumbing needs quickly and accurately. Dave is persistent in addressing problems and reliable. His main office does a fast and precise job of scheduling and billing. They've helped me several times over the past 4 years and each situation I've been completely satisfied.

I chose Pacific Plumbing based on their Yelp reviews, and I'm so happy I did. I had two hot water heaters that needed replacing but had grown frustrated with our longtime plumber, so I was looking for a new plumber.

Pacific Plumbing came out promptly and gave me three estimates (for three different replacement scenarios, because my house is very large and I could have gone with a single larger heater etc) I had my dad here because he is quite handy and has replaced a few hot water heaters himself, so he knew what to expect in terms of price.

We both thought their prices were really fair, and the plumber who came out for the installation, Curtis, was on time, very polite, quiet and extremely tidy. He went to a lot of effort after installation to test and clean out all water outlets and to clean the floor, etc. He also suggested some easy follow-up repairs to other plumbing issues he noticed while here, which I appreciated.

Bonus: The crew all were dog-friendly.

Absolutely and unequivocally recommend Pacific Plumbing. Recently I needed a kitchen disposal and sink strainer replacement. In 2013 we were having our water line shutoff replaced by the HOA. In making the replacement, the HOA plumbing contracted co. broke the incoming waterline below the concrete level. That particular company advised the HOA that the entire line back to the meter would require replacement at a cost of $4,000. When I learned of this I asked a local resident contractor for an alternate recommendation. That was Pacific Plumbing. Their personnel advised the break could likely be fixed where it occurred and full replacement of the entire line was not warranted. Their bid was $800. The break caused by the HOA plumber was repaired for less than the $800 bid saving the HOA $3,200. Four years have passed without any problems. Thus, when I needed a disposal and some sink repair on my own dime I contacted Pacific. I was provided clearly competitive hourly rate and conditions. The plumber showed at bit before the promised time. That was the first good sign. Dave, the plumber from Pacific was very experienced, performed a perfect replacement without rush and without delay. Every joint was twice inspected for possible leak. The job came in and under my own anticipated cost. Pacific is experienced, prepared, fair and will provide a complete and honest assessment of the work needed - nothing more, nothing less.

Dave saved my sister today. She just had a baby and didn't want to deal with the running toilet that was making the rest of us crazy. Dave was on time, knew exactly how to fix it and had all the parts (I took pictures of the inside of the toilet to help him.) He was in and out while my sister was at the doctor.

Chris is very easy to schedule with and was quick to get back to me, making sure that Dave could get there in the window while my sister was gone. I get to be the hero, thanks guys!

Great experience, fast service, on time, knowledgable and quick. This is the second time I have had them come out, but the first time they did the work. I should have used them both times. Talked with Chris to set up a time to look at the work and schedule later, Tim did the estimate, Dave did the work. All are great at what they do, gave me plenty of information about the problems and what can be done. They are a Union shop so I know that they are paying all insurances and benefits to their workers which makes me feel good. But the Best is that they provide great service to the client . At a very fair price, lower than a company that did work for us that was a friend of a family member. Cant say enough good things about Pacific Plumbing. They will be working on all my plumbing issues.
