Had a problem with a new tankless heater. Called Pacific Plumbing as they were the recommended professional for warranty repairs. Adam @ PP was able to diagnose the issue over the phone and provide input on potential fixes and also noted issues with the installation of the heater.

I called Pacific Plumbing to troubleshoot a carbon monoxide problem. After not finding any problems with either the water heater or the radiant heat boiler, they punted on solving the problem and charged about $400 for the site visit. I called my architect/builder and he quickly discovered that our Lochinvar boiler had been recalled--research that I think is reasonable to assume that Pacific Plumbing would have done. The boiler is covered by warranty, but I'm still out $400. Would give them a zero rating if that were available.

I contacted several local plumbers to help me out last week after my grandparents water heater stopped working. Adam and his team were by far the most responsive, kind, and reasonably priced. He went out of his way to help me understand what we needed to do to get the water heater up and running again. He was very honest with me and I never felt like I was getting the runaround (like I did with other companies). We ended up finding out that the water heater needed replacing and he provided the most reasonable quote, by far! He truly went above and beyond for my grandparents and I so appreciated his help getting this sorted out for them. I would 100% recommended to any family or friends! Thanks again Adam & team!

My Home warranty sent out Pacific Plumbing Co. Plumbers Blake and Ed were dispatched to my home. The company notifies you several times and communicates well about dispatch, even notifying us 30 mins before arrival. Our service techs, were on time, friendly and most importantly very knowledgable. Bill did a tremendous job fixing a leak in my apartment this week. He investigated the issue thoroughly and made sure that he actually found and fixed the root cause. We had been dealing with the issue for weeks and multiple other attempts to fix it had been in vain. He was quick, knowledgeable and transparent.

Dave came out to service my Lochinvar boiler today. He was on time, did the job in 1.25 hours working quickly and efficiently, he knew what he was doing and the price was fair. I'd definitely use him again for this or other plumbing services.

Bill from Pacific Plumbing helped flush and clean out my water heater as well as replace two shower valves. He solved the issue of not getting hot enough to water in the shower and was very informative about the process.

The only issue I have is that they are not upfront about the price of parts and charge a large premium for them. They charged $225 for two shower valves that would cost $85 at Home Depot. I called the day before the shower valve replacement and asked the price and the guy Chris said he didn't know how much the shower valve cost. Only when I paid did I find out how much it cost.

I needed a tankless water heater replacement for my home, and tried Pacific Plumbing after reading this page with all its glowing reviews. I had one quote already in hand from another local shop for the fanciest top-of-the-line model and after a pleasant conversation on the phone with Tim about my what I wanted (something more budget friendly) I was feeling hopeful. A few pictures and notes were exchanged via email, in which I clarified my preference for an estimate containing two quotes--for both a higher-end and a more budget-friendly option--and then he promptly sent an estimate. So far, so good.

But upon reading the estimate it turned out to only contain one quote, specifying the same top-of-the line model I had previously expressed concerns about. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, I replied to his email cordially with a few questions. And then he disappeared. A week passed and I sent another follow-up email to which, several days later, I have received no response. At this point I'm forced to conclude that this business just wants to sell you the most expensive solution.

Two stars for the initial good vibes.

It is a comfort to know that Dave and his team can handle my plumbing needs quickly and accurately. Dave is persistent in addressing problems and reliable. His main office does a fast and precise job of scheduling and billing. They've helped me several times over the past 4 years and each situation I've been completely satisfied.

I chose Pacific Plumbing based on their Yelp reviews, and I'm so happy I did. I had two hot water heaters that needed replacing but had grown frustrated with our longtime plumber, so I was looking for a new plumber.

Pacific Plumbing came out promptly and gave me three estimates (for three different replacement scenarios, because my house is very large and I could have gone with a single larger heater etc) I had my dad here because he is quite handy and has replaced a few hot water heaters himself, so he knew what to expect in terms of price.

We both thought their prices were really fair, and the plumber who came out for the installation, Curtis, was on time, very polite, quiet and extremely tidy. He went to a lot of effort after installation to test and clean out all water outlets and to clean the floor, etc. He also suggested some easy follow-up repairs to other plumbing issues he noticed while here, which I appreciated.

Bonus: The crew all were dog-friendly.
