New water heater installed, old one removed. Work was done in a highly professional manner. Installer also checked the make sure everything was working fine, and gave instructions on changes made in system. Very pleased with the service, will use them when other plumbing issues come up.

Pacific Plumbing cleared a kitchen sink drain that had been clogged and unusable for over 2 years. They also repaired the broken garbage disposal in the sink. They arrived early, and got the whole job done in about 40 minutes. They responded to my initial request for a bid quickly, and were prompt, friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

I have a vacation rental in Eugene. While on vacation in Hawaii, my tenants called to say that they had no hot water and had limited time to be home before attending a function. Needless to say, it was a Sunday. I called Pacific strictly based on their reviews and the fact that they were open 24hrs a day. I left a message with their receptionist and heard back within 10 min. I explained my issue and the gentleman I spoke with ""Travis"".. was kind, professional and reassured me that he would do his best to get there asap before my tenants needed to
leave. He did exactly that! Arrived quickly, fixed the problem and it was a remarkably reasonable fee. He also left his info with my guests in case they had any further difficulty. I was impressed and ever so thankful...as were the tenants. A perfect example of excellent customer service! Thank you!

After my favorite plumber retired I started to ask around for a good, honest plumber in Eugene. I had a couple of bad experiences before I tried Pacific Plumbing. I now have my new favorite plumber. I don't need a plumber often, but when I do, I really need one right away.

Today I just had a simple kitchen drain clog, and PPR were great start to finish. They answered the phone kindly and were able to get me on the schedule this afternoon.

I was immediately impressed with the plumber they sent, Rian Kadrmas. Rian called 15 minutes in advance, told me he was on his way, and arrived an the nose 15 minutes later. He came to the door with tools in hand. His equipment was clean and well maintained and he lifted the rooter over my carpet so as not to scuff. He was very professional and had the clog solved very quickly. He ran the sink to clear debris, and cleaned up beautifully. Absolutely no mess left behind. I feel very good about Pacific Plumbing as represented by the person scheduling calls and by Rian the plumber. My impression is that this is a professional, trustworthy and effective outfit. Highly recommend.

I received an almost immediate reply when I asked for a quote through Yelp even though it was after hours. They had a plumber out first thing in the morning to fix a clogged toilet we had. Fast, affordable, and very professional. I would definitely recommend!

Rob of Pacific Plumbing came out today and fixed my stubborn shower faucet that was leaking so badly I had to turn the water to the house off. He was courteous and professional and took care of the job in about an hour. And at a very reasonable price. It was much less than all the other quotes I received.

He had all the parts he needed in his truck so the job was done quickly and painlessly. He even explained what he was doing so if I need to do this again in the future, I can. I highly recommend this business.
