Love the guy! Matt, the owner, is super friendly. He has years of experience in both residential and industrial plumbing, and his explanations are easy to understand. This week he took care of seals and slip nuts at the kitchen sink and a faucet leak from the upstairs bathroom that created a stain below in the garage ceiling. All that for 80 bucks. I believe it when he says, ""I just love plumbing!""

Details: I was looking for a simple kitchen faucet swap, the old one was cracked & I had already bought a new one. I thought it wouldn't be hard to quote over the phone, but all the companies I reached wanted to send a technician to the house first (free of charge) for a quote. Being on a time crunch, I reluctantly agreed. It seems they prey on that & hope you will just agree to the repair right there on the spot.

Matt answered the phone himself & offered a quote based off the information I provided. He also had better prices & good availability, so I booked him. He was prompt to the appointment & very friendly. Faucet is in & looks great, I kept his card & plan to use him for any future plumbing needs.

Matt is outstanding. I'd recommend him for large and small jobs. Reliable and knowledgeable. I give him and his company my highest recommendation and I'm fussy, distrustful, and highly critical of many contractors. Regarding his one lukewarm review, it seems unfair--no one has a crystal ball and not every issue can be diagnosed in advance of the start of the job--the scope of work changes on projects, large and small, out-of-stock parts are sometimes needed. I will use him again and refer him to everyone I know.

Matt is a trusting and friendly plumber. The verbal estimate and written estimate differed by over $200 for a small job and he didn't have a main component to the job, so he made a 1 day into a 2 day job, 3 days apart. I recommend him but get the verbal estimate in writing before you commit.

Called Matt to replace fill valve etc in toilet. We made a plan to do the work tomorrow, but he called me back a bit later saying he had time to do it today. He showed up on time, was pleasant and professional, and quickly replaced all the parts in the toilet tank. He even took time to look at a couple of other issues and advise me. Price was fair. I will gladly use him again. Great guy!

We were looking for someone to install a garbage disposal and came across this company. i called and received an over-the-phone estimate, which was nice, and found that they had a Groupon. Once we made the appointment, we purchased the Groupon and all the necessary equipment so we would only pay him for labor. Our appointment time passed. We called to find out what the hold up was and the guy didn't answer. We left a message for him to call us ASAP because we had things to do (that's why you make appointments!). He never called back. We called back again and no answer. Finally, after an hour of waiting, we called and left him a message (because he STILL didn't answer) telling him we no longer required his services. The guy was nice on the phone when I got the estimate, but clearly has poor work ethic. i wouldn't recommend this company.

I bought a water softener and needed it installed at my house. I called several places to get an estimate and some gave me outragous prices, but Matt was different his price was fair. He quoted me the cost of install and told me exactly what he would do. Upon completion of the job he even showed us how to use it and was nice enough to buy a cover to protect the unit. (since I got it installed outside my home)

A couple months later I bought a more stable outdoor cabinet to protect the unit. I contaced Matt for help since I did not want to mess up his install. He didn't hesitate and came out and actually helped me installed it without charging me more.

If you are looking for quality and great service he is definitely the guy to call.
