Matt is reliable, prompt, an excellent communicator and tidy, in addition to being a knowledgeable and skilled plumber. Our shut-off valves for the washing machine suddenly started spraying water all over the upstairs laundry room, resulting in the water to the whole house having to be turned off until this was remedied. Also, while he was here, we asked if he could do something about the freestanding bathtub that had not been well attached to the floor. He did both jobs at a reasonable price and we feel very lucky to have found him (a referral from our realtor friend). We will absolutely call Matt again in the future.

I've had a wonderful experience with Matt & Pacific Pipes. I needed to have a number of relatively small plumbing jobs done in the kitchen. It involved replacing the faucet and garbage disposal and installing a water filtration system and faucet for that system. I also had a clogged sink. Matt's communications were very quick and he provided a reasonable quote.

There are some other highly rated plumbers here on Yelp that charge per piece rather than per hour, which resulted in very high quotes - Matt's made a lot more sense and I decided to go with him. He showed up on time and made quick work - he clearly knows what he's doing and gets on very efficiently.

The job was done on time and on budget. But more than anything he is a wonderful friendly person and I would be more than happy to hire him again for any future plumbing needs. He is definitely after a long term customer rather than making a quick buck, which is very refreshing and also quite rare nowadays. So glad to have found him, and I'd highly recommend him to you too.

So happy we found Matt! We had a kitchen remodel and had to move plumbing as well as have the sink and drain hooked up. The job was done so well and he made the whole experience feel easy. I highly recommend PP for any plumbing needs!

After moving into a new home with Kitec plumbing installed throughout the house, I received several different quotes for comparison. Matt was very reasonable and what was best was that everything was included in the price. He was honest, fair, up-front, and never added on extras throughout the job as many contractors do. He also explained things well and answered my questions in a straight-forward/respectful way.

I appreciated that he could start the job before I moved in and made things extremely easy and comfortable even after I had moved in and they were finishing up the job. I thought that might be an issue, considering they were re-piping the entire home, but it was not. They kept everything clean, respected COVID safety requirements, and made sure to put everything in place and cleaned up completely once the job was done.

I appreciate his professionalism and honesty throughout the entire project. He even recommended a roofer to me who worked out wonderfully. He was honest, knowledgeable and saved me a lot of money after receiving quotes from other roofers. Without a doubt, I trust Matt completely and will call him again for any future work needed for my home.

Matt from pacific pipes is a total pro. Several other companies told me that I needed to replace my heater water as the manufacturer is out of business, but Matt got the right part and fixed it. Saved me alot of money. Very professional, on time, and fair. Highly reccomend.

Overdue review - wanted to leave a note for Matt from Pacific Pipes.

I needed my shower crevices caulked, shower drain cleaned, and wanted someone professional to assure I had no leaks after a shoddy handyman installed my new shower.

After messaging several handymen and competitive vendors in the Sacramento area, only Matt was available and could complete everything I asked for within the context of quarantine. Matt was very professional with communication, and wore shoe booties, gloves, masks, etc while taking care of my bathroom. These were all requirements for me, since I was very nervous about letting a stranger in my home during COVID-19.

Matt brought different shades of white and alabaster to match my shower caulking, and was transparent with progress and any potential issues. He quickly finished everything and charged $150 after finishing in less than 45 min. Extremely reasonably priced and professional! I'll definitely contact Matt for home needs in the future.

Amazing!!!! They redid the plumbing under my sink for a very reasonable price. They have been out to my house twice now to check my leaking sink and dishwasher at no charge! I can't say enough good things about them! Give them a call!!!!

Update: After writing this review, Matt texted back that he wrote the appointment down on the wrong day. I had already called someone else to fix the issue so cannot comment on his work.

Initial Review: Set up an appointment to have our leaking toilet repaired. Matt never showed to the appointment and never responded to my texts or calls. Guess he had bigger fish to fry.

We will only use Matt of Pacific Pipes Plumbing. He has done numerous jobs at two of our own houses, and my daughters have used him for jobs repeatedly as well. He does excellent work. He is honest, fair, dependable, knowledgeable and will go over and above to get a job done correctly. Highly recommend him for big or small jobs.
