Way overdue review for Matt and Pacific Pipes: My home has been ""blessed"" with builder defects/flaws, teen males who can overwork a low-flow toilet and all of the other fun ""joys"" of being a large family. After having TWO slab leaks back in 2007-2010 and talking to 12 different plumbers, we eventually met Matt from a contractor. Pacific Pipes has since helped us replace all three toilets, all 7 faucets throughout our home, all 3 showerheads, new shower door installations, complete bathroom remodel with new vanity, dishwasher install, unclogged: toilets, sink drains, shower drains, air gaps, garbage disposal and... each time at a VERY fair and competitive price, with a faster turn time than most, a quick instructional tutorial for what NOT to do (if that was the cause of the leak or clog), and a professional attitude at all times. The quality is great as they've never had to come back out to repair anything they've installed (which is better than original builder of my home). Bonus: Matt and his team are both kid-friendly and dog/animal friendly. Thank you, Matt and Pacific Pipes, for ALL of your help over the past 10+ years!!! I will continue to refer my friends and family to you with the highest recommendations.

I'm sad because the first time we hired Matt, he did an awesome job. Tried to call him again and he kept saying he would get back to us, but never did. (Definitely kept calling, but received same response.) Glad he is getting work, just disappointed he couldn't help us again. :(

Called 3 companies to replace a thermocouple, none of them wanted to do the repair but wanted 3.5k for a water heater replacement at which point I started telling my wife the health benefits of ice showers. Matt with Pacific Pipes answered the call, made it early next day, did the repair at a very reasonable price and didn't try to sell me on a new water heater. I will be calling them again for other projects.

Matt is amazing. Great work, super friendly and someone I totally trust. I am new to the area and relied on Yelp to find a Plumber after another plumbing company, my home warranty sent, failed me. I found Pacific Pipes and am thrilled I did because he fixed the issue and I will not use any other company. Highly suggest Matt and his company for any of your plumbing needs.

Matt was great. I told him that my kitchen faucet was losing pressure. He came by a couple days later, and checked the water pressure, and came to the conclusion that it was the faucet itself that was the issue. He did not charge for this. He offered to install the new sink that we were soon to purchase. We setup an appt for the next week when our new kitchen faucet was set to arrive. He came by and completed it in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Matt also mentioned that he had the same kitchen faucet in his home and it was plumber approved! Lol Thank you Matt for doing such a great job!

I had a garbage disposal issue that I had contacted my home warranty people to fix, but the plumber they sent did not resolve the issue and, in fact, made part of it worse. I contacted Matt at Pacific Pipes and he gave me a very reasonable quote to replace my garbage disposal. He did a great job and even fixed the mess the other plumber left. Matt is very friendly, knowledgeable and I would recommend him to my friends.

I had several bids and Matt's was the most competitive (the dollar range of the bids was pretty crazy). I needed a water heater replacement but the job was a bit harder as it was a hydronic water heater with forced air. I cannot emphasize enough how happy I am with the communication leading up to the work performed as well as the end product. Matt is polite, patient, responsive, honest, knowledgeable (skilled) and just super easy to work with. He does his own work and takes responsibility for his work. Haven't met a plumber like Matt before and will absolutely be using him for all future work.

Matt is reliable, prompt, an excellent communicator and tidy, in addition to being a knowledgeable and skilled plumber. Our shut-off valves for the washing machine suddenly started spraying water all over the upstairs laundry room, resulting in the water to the whole house having to be turned off until this was remedied. Also, while he was here, we asked if he could do something about the freestanding bathtub that had not been well attached to the floor. He did both jobs at a reasonable price and we feel very lucky to have found him (a referral from our realtor friend). We will absolutely call Matt again in the future.

I've had a wonderful experience with Matt & Pacific Pipes. I needed to have a number of relatively small plumbing jobs done in the kitchen. It involved replacing the faucet and garbage disposal and installing a water filtration system and faucet for that system. I also had a clogged sink. Matt's communications were very quick and he provided a reasonable quote.

There are some other highly rated plumbers here on Yelp that charge per piece rather than per hour, which resulted in very high quotes - Matt's made a lot more sense and I decided to go with him. He showed up on time and made quick work - he clearly knows what he's doing and gets on very efficiently.

The job was done on time and on budget. But more than anything he is a wonderful friendly person and I would be more than happy to hire him again for any future plumbing needs. He is definitely after a long term customer rather than making a quick buck, which is very refreshing and also quite rare nowadays. So glad to have found him, and I'd highly recommend him to you too.
