The real pearls of service businesses on yelp are these small companies that are yet to have a huge volume business and jacked up prices.

I had a broken underground sprinkler pipe and needed an urgent fix.
I called Luis after a bigger name company came out and without doing a thing asked me for 750 dollars. Luis on the phone cut that to 350 with the caveat that it depends on some details of our urgent pipe leak. After all repairs the final price ended up far below the 750 and Luis got me a referral to another company for sprinkler valve repair, again at a great price. Save money and get the job done, call these guys.

They were the first one to give me a quote after I sent request to several companies through Yelp. And the price sounds reasonable. I decided to ask them to see our water heater problem. Luis came on time, polite and dressed neatly as the other person said. After checking, I was told the water heater is too old and need to be replaced. But As I'm planning to move out, I don't want to spend so much money.. So I asked him to find an inexpensive, but reasonable quality heater for me. And he did. Overall, I'm happy with their job, punctuality, attitude and price. Thank you!

These guys are awesome! I put in a quote request to replace by broken kitchen faucet after realizing the original builders did some messed up janky work and I wouldn't be able to do it myself. My sink was sub par as well so when Luis arrived to look things over, I asked him if he would be able to replace the undermount sink without breaking the granite countertops the old one was fixed to.

Luis felt confident he could pull it off, with a disclaimer that things happen but I was ok with the risk. He was able to complete the job in one day, quoting 2 days so under promise over delivery for the win! Their price was very reasonable for the labor, and I looked up the cost of the sink finding that they actually extended their discount to me. I got the sink for less than I could have purchased it myself, another win!

Carlos was great on the phone as well, and followed up 2 days later to make sure I was happy with the job. I told him I thought the connectors for hot and cold were backwards, but that's easy to swap. He insisted on sending Luis back out who showed me that i was in fact wrong about the connections, but he offered to swap them if I would prefer it the other way (which I opted out of). These guys went above and beyond at every turn. I'll definitely be leaning on them for any plumbing needs going forward. Thanks guys!

I needed a plumber to install parts I obtained from the manufacturer to repair my shower/bath valve. Although I tried, I was unable to do it myself. I had a leaky diverter assembly and had very bad water flow for my hot water.

This company was suggested to me through Yelp. My initial contact was with Hilda via email. They quoted me a price (more than I wanted to spend) that was in the ballpark of others I spoke to. We discussed the hours and availability to do the job, which wasn't looking great for me at first. They worked with me and sent Luis to me that evening. I was ecstatic! Now I just had the price to address and I asked for a reduction. They didn't give it to me but said they would consider it once they actually saw my situation. I told them ""it's a deal!""

Luis arrived on time and neatly dressed. He was very polite and didn't mind me hovering over him and offering my two cents every now and then. My opening around the valve was a little tight making it more difficult to get the part out that we needed to replace. Most of the time was figuring out how to do it. Luis showed alot of patience and finally was able to take it out and replace the new parts. The hot water flow was good and the diverter no longer leaked. Problem fixed!!! However, we found another problem that we hope a little sealant will do the trick for. If not, I will be calling this company, and hopefully Luis, to assist me with the next problem.

I had a friend recommend me to this company. I called for a toilet stoppage late at night. They were very quick to respond and the prices were reasonable. They did not overcharge us. The employee was very kind and respectful, so my overall experience was great. I will definitely call them again and refer them to my family and friends.
