We called for service for a condominium and wound up with the owner, who initially it was quite warm and welcoming; he asked we send our number. We did so.
When we did not hear back, we called to follow up; the second call he abruptly cut off the conversation saying that they were overwhelmed with work and that they probably ""weren't out the right company"".
Then he hung up abruptly.
So if you're looking for a good water heater company - from the owner's own mouth - apparently they're not looking for any more work at the moment ...and don't handle customers well when they're overwhelmed.

BEWARE - I called to schedule maintenance for our boiler. We were verbally given a price for repairs. I requested this information in writing. I was told I would receive a email later the same day. I scheduled the repairs for Friday morning 2/26/2021. NO ONE SHOWED UP to complete the repairs. The estimate I received from Russell Thomas was a few hundred dollars more than what I was given by the technician. I asked Russell if he could check with the technician and see if he added any optional repairs or just what needed to be repaired. Russell Thomas replied ""NO! You need all the repairs on the estimate. I'm NOT going to go back and forth with you. I can NOT help you. You have to talk with Tom the owner."" For asking a reasonable question I was yelled at by Russell, he was belligerent The service I received was disgusting. I didn't hear back from Tom, the owner until after this review was posted. This company doesn't care about their customers at all, they will charge your credit card and disappear. One thing was clear after speaking with Tom, he cares greatly for his employees. It was difficult for him to relate to my experience with his company. He raved about his employee and offered me a refund. Instead of resolving the problem or explaining what happened with the written estimate, he decides to do nothing. I called Pacific Energy Service for work on my boiler. I'm walking away WITH NOTHING DONE. Great service by Tony. Fast and efficient. I am on an HOA board and I was impressed. He found and fixed our problem after hours. Now our Condo owners will never know they were without hot water.

Called them and they were able to send someone the same day. Jon was friendly and answered all my questions. He was professional and worked fast. Thank you for a great service.

Beware: this company will take your money and not do the service then will refuse to refund. Stay away.
I am on the HOA board for a condo building, we contracted with this company to do preventative maintenance for us on our building boiler and tank. We paid up front. The contract we signed called for three visits a year with reports. A year later we had a leak and lost hot water to the whole building for a day. Turned out they had not done any of the visits (which could have caught the issue) and not sent any reports. When we complained about this and demanded a refund they have been completely non-responsive.

very thankful for pacific energy Service for coming out to ur building and taking care of hot water problems but thanks to Jasmin for offering good customer service and making sure someone came out ASAP.

Beware of this company's tactic.
1. Called them and they said they would send someone out for an estimate, and no service charge was mentioned.
2. Guy named Jon, sounds very knowledgeable and said that my boiler can be rebuilt and don't need repair. Sounds great, right? Although, every other contractor said that a replacement is needed. Then, at the end of the talk, he said that I need to pay $96 which is waived if I go with them. Okay, since he is saving me money by not replacing my boiler, I said no problem.
3. 3 days past, and no word from him, so I had to call him. He said that he's waiting for the parts' costs from the manufacturer.
4. A week past since the day of estimate, I had to call them again, and this guy named Russell said he would get back to me.
5. 2 weeks past, nothing from them. So, I am really pissed that they charged me $96 with no answers. I hope this review burns them, at least for wasting my time and my money.

Our Company has always used Pacific Energy for repairs/replacement on our pool heater or the boilers on the roof. Today Benny, Mauricio and Joe came out to replace our Pool heater and a heat exchange on one of our boilers. As always they did a great job and finished everything quicker than expected. All the guys work in a professional manner and cleaned up after everything was done. Thanks guys!!

Today Service Tech Jose l. arrived on the Scheduled service date, saw the leaking concern I had for the apartment complex, and started with the assessment of the logical way of repair. He was very professional and with the noted detail of showing me the inside of the copper piping thinning, with no hesitation of mine, the repair was started. Within a very timely manner, the job was done.
Company's like this will only grow a lot stronger and never fail.
