Actually bumped into Adam at the hardware store, explained my situation as I have a slab leak. he was going to come out for $125 service call to do leak detection. 1 manifold was already located and exposed but I needed to find the second. I had mentioned I had someone who knew how to do the reroute for the leak already. Adam had scheduled to come by between 5/6 today. Adam referred a restoration company as well which I declined services for that as I have no water damage because I caught the issue very very early on. Adam then sends me a message that he won't come out any longer because I had mentioned I had someone who could do the reroute. so he passed up a job for leak detection because he potentially wasn't going to get the big $$ job of the reroute. unprofessional. I had full intent of an estimate while he was here for him to do the reroute services because if he detects the leak and was quick to come out and help to just have him do the job.

TL;DR Highly recommend! Knowledgeable, professional, flexible, reliable, and nice. I had a very limited budget and he worked with me on it. Cleaned up his work area and was upfront with any issues he ran into. I would absolutely hire him again.

We've been in renovation hell for just about the last 2 years. We had a massive leak in our master bathroom which trickled down and destroyed our kitchen. The contractors we chose thru our insurance have been horrible. Anyway, the contractors who are responsible for installing our plumbing told us they didn't have a plumber on their list who'd be willing to come out to our property, told me to find my own, and they'll just pay us out. Our budgeted amount was coming in hundreds of $$$ under our estimates. Adam of Pacificl Coast plumbing was one of 3 or 4 replies out of 7 or 8 requests and he was the one who was available first. His quote was above our budget but after hearing our story, he agreed to charge us the insurance cost. AWESOME!

His work is really good and he arrived in time or contacted me if he was running late. He didn't rush the work but was efficient with his time. He installed the plumbing for the kitchen sink and dishwasher which required cutting thru our brand new custom cabinets. The cuts are clean and unobtrusive. He installed the garbage disposal, dishwasher, and kitchen faucet. We were missing the decorative cap for the air gap and the brackets for the dishwasher. He supplied both at no extra charge. He left the area in way better condition than when he started. Adam was super personable, didn't mind my pups' lack of manners, and was fine with my cats. All in all, we are super happy with him and his work. We'd hire him again in a heartbeat, and now we have someone to call if we have an emergency.

Adam is the best plumbing contractor I've ever worked with. I have used his company on my home and investment properties. He is honest, extremely knowledgeable and understands customer service. I have recommended him to other investors and we all agree Pacific Plumbing is the best for any of your plumbing needs, big or small.
