we were panicking with a rising water level in our kitchen sink that turned out to be due to a huge clog, and left a message for pacific coast plumbing at 11pm, asking if they could call us back early the next morning. they called at 7am and had a plumber (domingo) here by 8:30am. he fixed the problem quickly, was entirely professional, and was out the door in under half an hour. it's weeks later now, and the kitchen sink is still draining wonderfully. i'd highly recommend this service.

These plumbers came right on time both times and called to double check things before appearing. Very responsible and seemed to be very knowledgeable about plumbing. They are upfront about prices. Repair was within estimated budget. Check with them first if you need to pay by credit card.

This is a bit of a different review, but I think it speaks volumes about the company and their integrity. Pacific Coast was great to me. Their customer service folks took excellent care of me and really listened to my needs. I had a very technical project related to a specific brand of water heater. Instead of sending out someone who was inexperienced, Pacific Coast referred me to another plumber in my area that was technically versed in my unit and who did an excellent job. I was blown away. Most plumbing companies would send someone out anyway and tinker and it would cost twice a much and still wouldn't get done right. Pacific Coast should be your first call.

I have been using Pacific Coast Plumbing a couple times now. I find them informative on the phone and they have always been on time.... and they have always fixed any problems I have had. It is hard to find a good, trust-worthy plumber!!!!

Have had on-going plumbing issues with this place. Had a bad first visit, but decided to give them a second chance as the manager/owner called and seemed so cool. Now have a bill for $250 to tighten a faucet. Not kidding. :( They charge $65 dollars just to look and you get NO CREDIT for the charge if work is done.

Pacific Coast Plumbing is professional, fast and priced right! We recently had our second service call from PCP (one for a leaking toilet and the other for a leaking pipe in the ceiling) and we were happy with both experiences. We had next day service and the plumbers were friendly, quick and did a great job. We highly recommend David Vialpando and Pacific Coast Plumbing.

Just wanted to say how happy we were with Pacific Coast Plumbing. My mom's house which was built in the 1940's is having some serious plumbing issues. Because we don't think she'll be living there much longer and whoever buys it will most likely tear it down, we so didn't want to invest a lot in repairs. They were very accommodating and helped to do what was necessary but understanding of our predicament. Showed us clearly what the problem was and the pros and cons of doing the minimum.

I try NEVER to give 5 stars. But Edwin and Pacific Coast merit all of them.
Extremely clean and neat work. Installed a new kitchen faucet set and instant hot water unit. Very nicely done. Very careful not to spill any water on wood floors. Worked fast. Reasonable cost. Completely happy with the result. I will call again.

Pacific Coast Plumbing is the best. I had a great experience with whole job. Scheduling was super easy and plumber Edwin was on time and very professional. He installed a kitchen faucet for me - that I had bought at Home Depot. After he installed it, he tested it and it leaked. He took it apart and found a faulty washer in it. He suggested that I return it to Home Depot for a new faucet and offered to take his lunch break while it did it. He was so accommodating! I raced back with a new faucet and he put it in. Worked perfectly. His service was above and beyond what I had expected!! And the price was reasonable!
