I can not say enough good things about Nick, Marco, and Pacific Coast Plumbing. We had a gas leak in our home due to faulty work done by another contracted plumber. Nick did everything he possibly could to accommodate our needs as quickly as possible. Marco spent 8 hours of his Sunday to find the problem and fix it so we could get our gas turned back on. There were no short cuts. No BS. I would highly recommend this company.

Unbelievable experience and service even on a Saturday and Sunday! The gas company found a leak in the kitchen and shut off the gas to the entire house leaving my wife and kids with no hot water over the weekend. We called Nick to talk through the problem and he was able to have Marco come out to help us. Marco stayed here for seven hours on Super Bowl Sunday to find a problem.

I Will recommend Pacific to any of my friends with problems and they have a customer for life.

We hired Pacific Coast Plumbing to install a new rainwater drain pipe which required an anchor which they drilled into the garage ceiling of our 18 unit subterranean garage complex. Unfortunately they drilled through our fire alarm conduit. Nick responded to our claim for repair to the shorted fire alarm wires by stating that it was an unforeseen condition, not an oversight on their part and therefore they don't feel they were negligent in their work because the fire alarm was concealed in the concrete. We disagree and won't be using their services in the future. Something to be aware of before hiring them.

I've used them twice and both times they've been amazing. Prompt, courteous, honest and professional. The first time they found a leaking pipe in the exterior wall of our condo complex. I don't know how they did it, but they found it and only did ONE exploratory search, zeroing in on the leak without tearing apart the entire exterior wall.

But it's the last time that really sealed it for me. We were out of country and our hot water heater burst. We had another plumber put in a brand new water heater that turned out to be faulty. So there we were on a Saturday night and we needed to have hot water in our place by noon the next day for a family that was renting our place. We got another hot water heater delivered and at 8 am on Sunday morning Henry was there to pull the faulty hot water heater and replace it with the new one. He saved our bacon! He also noticed the gas valve was leaking and replaced it. Then, after telling us it was going to be an overtime call, the company didn't charge us overtime!! They took pity on us for having to install two heaters :)

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!

This company was amazing. We have had pressure issue in one of our bathrooms since 2009. We have had numerous plumbers over, and no one seems able to fix the problem. We also had a leaky faucet in another bathroom. Dave came over and took a look at both issues, and later that day I received an email with the quote which was very reasonable. When I called to schedule the work, the office staff was courteous and prompt with their attention. The person who came to fix the leak was on time and efficient. When the pressure issue was not solved, he immediately suggested another solution, which the office then called me to schedule. Again, the work was done efficiently, the appointments were scheduled promptly and everyone was very professional and delightful to work with. After all these years, we have pressure in our bathroom sink, and we now have a plumber for life!!

This was the seventh Plumber that I called after finding out that water was rushing out from under the kitchen sink. I was DESPERATE. Other plumbers either didn't answer the phone or didn't reply to voicemail. Nick, who I spoke to at Pacific Coast Plumbing, totally understood my hurry/panic and asked one of his guys to postpone his lunch to help me out. That's what I call ""above and beyond "" good customer service! Next time I need a plumber I will DEFINITELY call Nick. Also... he was really nice. You know how sometimes a plumber or a mechanic or someone with a skill you don't have might talk down to you? Not these guys. VERY professional. 6 stars.

Wow! They came in and unclogged the kitchen sink and next day it was already clogged again. I called them and the told me that they don't offer warranty on that service. That's so bad because the plumber obviously didn't did a good work. I paid a $ 100 plus and now o have to call a company that can fix my problem correctly and pay again $100 plus to get fixed correctly. If you have a kitchen sink clogged don't call this company. Maybe that are good in other type of jobs but not with clogged pipes. Horrible policy !!!!!!

I called Pacific Coast Plumbing to install a master bedroom vanity and all plumbing components. The Customer service and service throughout was incredible.
I think they are the best plumbers.....!!
