Easter Sunday morning 4 hours before 40 people were coming to my house a water pipe broke in my kitchen. Within 30 minutes of calling Pacific Coast ; David, his son Gabe, and brother Nick arrived to survey the damage. Within an hour the problem was fixed and the celebration went off without incident. Best service i have experienced in any industry. Thanks Pacific Coast Plumbing for saving the day!

Called in the morning to fix a hidden leak, was told they couldn't make it out till the next day. Nik then called back later to say they had an opening could they come right away? Bottom line, job done in 2.5 hours, Henry was great, neat and tidy, found the leak that was hidden in a boxed area very quickly. I highly recommend PCPC and will use them again if the need arises.

Called several days ago to see about having someone come by to take a look at our driveway sump pumps. Noelle initially offered to schedule a visit for next week; I asked if we might be able to do it earlier and we finally agreed to Saturday afternoon, between 2 and 4. Well, 4 PM rolled right past with no phone call and no visit, so I called their after hours operator and left a message. A few minutes ago, my wife got a call claiming that they ""were running late and had the wrong phone number,"" thus their inability to meet their commitment.

This would have been more believable had not Noelle called me back on the day we scheduled the visit.

Suggest you try someone else. Not showing up - and then not bothering to explain why (and giving a questionable excuse when called on it) is really poor form and not deserving of my business. Ever. Period.

Had a complete re-piping of my house, which is obviously not a great situation, but Pacific Coast Plumbing took a lot of the stress out of the experience. They were very responsive and offered a very competitive quote. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs, but especially if you are considering a whole house re-pipe. Very honest and friendly staff and they completed the work very quickly and kept things clean.

I called Pacific Coast Plumbing to re-route a cold water pipe due to a slab leak. They were able to install the new pipe quickly and efficiently. The service was exceptionally professional, so I immediately asked if they could move a septic ejector - another tough job. They completed that job and I'm thrilled to finally get that done.

Pacific Coast Plumbing has a convenient location on PCH across from the 24HR fitness. They have a great team - reliable and competent.

Very pleased! We had an active leak that we could hear. Luckily the company was able to come first thing the next morning. Henry the plumber did an impressive job of finding the leak and quickly repairing it. I would definitely recommend their service!
