Dave and his team were quick, professional and friendly with a recent repair on our kitchen sink. They identified and fixed a problem I didn't know I had which would have caused a much bigger problem if they hadn't spotted it. Very professional, friendly and fairly priced. The latch on my gate was loose and he fixed it. These guys are totally honest, quick, and know what they are doing. I'm so pleased to have a great plumber to call!

Great service and professionalism. I had a neighboring plumber (also in Hermosa Beach) come out and quote me $250 to install a 15 foot cold water line to the back of my refrigerator. I thought that was super high... then I called Pacific Coast. They had someone out the very next day, the guy I chatted with on the phone quoted me a price without having me have me wait around all day for someone to come by. Install guy, Mario, was fast, kind, observant, and an overall awesome plumber! I am beyond pleased. Final cost of the job was $125 dollars LESS than the ""other"" plumber. Thank you Pacific Coast!

Pacific Coast is a great plumbing company! Friendly owners who respond when you call. Noelle calls back when she says she'll see who she can get to solve the problem. She doesn't make a promise before checking. And she calls back and the plumbers show up when they say they will.

I was initially skeptical when what I thought was a normal clog started to turn into a pipe repair, but the plumber proceeded professionally and showed me the pipes and the problem, and it was clear that he was right. He dealt with my skepticism like a pro. I like that. He also tidied up nicely, was respectful, and generally handled things appropriately. Also, the office billed my landlord directly, and handled him well (this is a difficult thing to do). All told, this is the first company I would go to for future needs.

One note: while the plumber himself was not fully fluent in English, but he spoke enough that we got along ok. His English was certainly better than my Spanish.

So professional!!!

I was working with my home warranty company before contacting Pacific Coast Plumbing. The warranty company sent out 2 different plumbers (one with neck tattoos, really??????) who refused to do any diagnostic testing and then rejected the claim.

Pacific Coast Pluming came out promptly, was professional and excellent with communication. They solved the problem and I was able to petition the warranty company and get reimbursed.

Next time, I will avoid the hassle and call PCP right away.

I'm adding a review for my second, great experience with Pacific Coast. Noelle mans their phone and she is as good as her word. If she says she'll call you back within five minutes, you can count on it.

Once again, I had a semi-emergency, with a stinky drain backing up. I asked Noelle if they could get somebody out today. Wisely, she said she would check and call me right back. Almost apologetically, she said they could have someone out between 11 and 12:00. Great!

When the previous job looked to be running long Noelle called to ask if she could move the time one hour. No problem!

Glen was the plumber who came, right on time. What a pro! Super nice and businesslike. This company is just what you want.

They fixed my clogged sink very quickly. I am very please with the quick service. It is a bit expensive under 10 mins cost $135. Ouch....
