I was concerned abut my pool leaking so i reached out to Colin. Communication was straightforward, and I scheduled an appointment even though his quote was a lot higher than the other companies that got back to me. Im so glad i did because this guy knows what he's doing and is honest. I've come across a lot of flaky people in the pool business. Colin didn't seem that way at all. Got a text when he was en route and he showed up during the scheduled time. After i told him my reasons for suspecting a leak and his initial assessment of my pool and equipment, Colin didnt think i had leak or needed an in-depth inspection. He proceeded to spend another 15 or so minutes inspecting my skimmer and pool equipment. He spent another 10 minutes educating me on pool leaks and what to look out for. He refused to charge me anything for the visit even though I insisted I compensate him for his time, gas and expertise. Thank you again for sharing your time and knowledge! I know who to call or recommend when it comes to leaks.

Painter I'm going to hire suggested I get all the important stuff taken care of before the paint job... Like some dry rot (done now) and a couple leaks that caused some damage in my bathroom from a rain storm last year and also damage under the window in same area. So found this company online with very good ratings... Fast response from Colin. Turns out problem was from three different things. The gutter, being full and wind blowing, and the window track. Plugging up and water seeping underneath and then another problem from my 30 year old shower. He also checked the roof and the skylight in the room and turns out those are OK... Also, before he came, noticed, we had a problem in the garage and that was also caused by the gutter backing up during a big storm plus that downspout there was plugged but I've already taken care of that now too. He also gave a free inspection of water pressure check for any possible leaks in the water system outside. Highly recommend Colin and price was a good value for the time he took to investigate everything.

Unfortunately, I've had to use Pacific Coast Leak Detection service three (3) times but I have been fortunate to find a company that I can trust! Colin and his crew have done a great job and solved each urgent issue on three separate occasions. He is very trustworthy and his rates are quite reasonable. Colin is absolutely amazing! My husband and I have a duplex rental property in Lodi. Over the last few weeks we had been dealing with a catastrophic pipe leak that caused us to gut the entire kitchen in one of the units. This past Saturday, the second unit had water pouring out of the wall into the garage. Needless to say, we were terrified it was going to be another catastrophic event! This company is very professional and provide a thorough & true leak detection service. My swimming pool & spa were both loosing water so Colin pressurized all the lines and found they were holding pressure, no leaks in the plumbing. The leaks he found were behind the spa light and the pool light niches & he repaired them. He recommended replacing the bad check valve And rebuilding the Jandy valves that were leaking air. Without his thoroughness, we would've never known about those. Colin's company has an eye for detail is thorough and very affordable as well as providing a very professional report on their findings and repairs. Colin came out to look at my pool because I had some concerns on losing water, and a lot of cracks around the skimmer.
