Colin was great! He went above and beyond. I thought I smelled mold in the home and he checked out the interior and exterior of the home and did a pressure check on all the plumbing. He investigated the source of a minor occasional drip under the sink ( not where I smelled the mold) and a checked out a defunct water heater. He concluded that the mold smell was coming through the open window from the garden, and in fact the smell was stronger out there. Because he found no area of concern, he gave me a significant discount! Thanks, Colin!

In the midst of this hot &@# Summer, my pool plumbing decided to erode enough to the point where water started spraying everywhere and I could no longer sanitize the pool. To add on to the fun, I needed someone to dig out concrete in order to change out the plumbing from copper to PVC. I'm stingy and cheap to begin with, so this news obviously tickled my angry bone.

I reached out to Colin and he quickly diagnosed the issue, quoted a price that was more than reasonable, and was at my house less than a week after I originally contacted him. The dude was punctual, friendly, and professional. The work he and his team did was top-notch and due to him my raggedy kids will be back in the pool on no time.

Man........ so I call Colin yesterday to get a quote to send high pressure air through my skimmer line for my pool. Most companies would jump at the chance to make that money, but not Colin. He gave me a couple options to try on my own before even hiring him to do the job. He told me that even if I did hire him it would be a 50/50 chance of success. For me as a consumer i would rather someone be upfront and honest about their work. Mind you I had someone already come out that said he could do the job but was not able to but I still paid. Long story short Colin came to my house and on time and was able to get the job done with success. Highly recommend Pacific Coast because if you want an honest company he will tell you honestly if he can or cant get it done. Thank you for coming out and getting my skimmer line unclogged!!!

The City had informed me that I was using excessive water and they determined that I had a leak somewhere in my irrigation line. After searching for a reputable leak detection company that was also licensed, I came across Pacific Coast Leak Detection on Yelp based on the great reviews I have read. So I contacted them and got a quote immediately and Colin was able to come out on the same day to perform the leak detection. Within hours he was able to locate the source of the leak in my system and able to come back the next day to get started on the work. He was able to find and replace the leaking piping underground and got everything fixed and running again. Colin is very knowledgeable and was professional throughout the whole process. I would definitely use him again for future services.

We had a different company out a year ago when we suspected a leak and they didn't find it. I again called that original company to have them come back out and they never returned my call. Neither did the 3 other Companies I called.

I got a referral from a friend to try Pacific Coast and Colin answered the phone on the 3rd ring (that alone gets 5 stars). He quickly arranged a time to come check the pool. He found the leak right away and fixed it a few days later.
