We ended up with 3 slab leaks and my plumber recommended these guys. I wasn't sure what to expect since I had never had this experience. Doug came out and gave me the estimate with options. The guys showed up to do the repipe and got it done in less than a day. The patch crew came in and made it look like no holes were ever cut into the walls. I am very impressed with the professional staff PCCP has and have already recommended them to a number of people I know. I will be very comfortable recommending them to anyone who has this need. Great work and terrific result and no more slab leaks....ever!

Had slab leak. Larger older home. Pacific Coast Copper Repipe Inc. out of Anaheim exceeded our expectations in everything. Job proposal was professional, and at fair price (Doug) . The team of 5 men in total, (foreman was Jesse) worked their tails off to complete the plumbing. Complicated job because of kitchen center island. Quality and trust worthy people. Fully trusted them to be in the house. Were considerate of our stuff.
Went with Pex. The hot water now comes out of the faucets hotter, and quicker. Building inspector also said the work as very well done.
Patchwork guys (Romero) had big job to complete. They did an amazing job. We have done many renovations and this patchwork and the texturing, including outside stucco was absolutely perfect. Again, the patchwork team were quality people that we felt very comfortable with having the run of our home.
Lastly, Barbara in the office was always very responsive to our calls.
I would recommend these folks to anyone.

PCCR performed a complete repipe on my Mom's house this week. My Mom lives in Huntington Landmark which is a 55+ community of about 1200 homes. Her's is a single story condo unit attached to 3 other units. Her unit is approximately 1200 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. She had a slab leak on an outside wall which is a problem that is somewhat frequent in this neighborhood. PCCR is the contractor of choice in the neighborhood and highly recommended by the HOA. Our experience with them was great. The Repiping crew was on-time, clean, friendly, respectful, efficient and I would highly recommend them. They were in at 8:00am and out by 4:00pm, including removal and replacement of a 40-gallon gas water heater. The next day the inspection was performed by the City and it passed with no problem. The next morning the drywall patch crew showed up. Again they were on-time, clean, friendly, respectful and they did a great job! The patches are smooth and ready for texture, primer and paint which will be performed by my painter. No hassles, no problems, everything works great! What more could you ask for? Thanks PCCR. we will use you again when our other house needs repiping.

We had a slab leak and then figured we may as well repipe. We chose to go copper and while its a bit more expensive it was completed in one day! Inspector came out next day and all was good. The patchers did a great job too. We planned on getting a recirculater pump but since we wanted a particular one we changed our minds and found to our surprise that we didnt really need it as they had so efficiently piped the house that our hot water comes instantly in a matter of seconds! Doug was very patient with all our needs and I like that when he came to give an estimate he didnt try to up sell or act like a pushy salesman--he acted as he was-an owner of a well run company and crew!

These guys are good! We experienced a slab leak. Time was of the essence since we already had a lot of drywall opened up and it offered great access for a Pex repipe. Doug came out and spent over an hour going over each detail with my wife and explained exactly how they would perform the repipe. The tech, David, showed up the day after we agreed to the proposal with three other guys to get the job done. He suggested a better alternative for running one line. They completed the project in one day. Kudos to the entire team. Highly recommend. We were referred to Pacific Coast Copper Repipe from one of the sales reps that calls on our family owned business - Hemphill's Rugs & Carpets --- there is a real benefit to buying local and from family business..... this case is another feather in the cap for that concept.

I recently had a four unit apartment building repiped. I am a general contractor and am very knowledgable about his type of work and I am very picky. The bulk of the repipe work was completed in about 7 hours. The work passed all of the city inspections. I was impressed with quality of the work, the staff was friendly and worked together on a difficult building flawlessly. They accommodated every request I had for the building. Considering how difficult this type of work is, the dust was minimal, the work was excellent and I am happy. I kept a stack of their business cards and will continue to recommend a great company.

Had a fourplex repiped in July. The job went smooth, on time, individual belongings were respected. They delivered on what they promised. Would not hesitate to use them again. The have a reference list that is two inches thick, I know since I asked to see it and randomly called 4 people on the list and all had good things to say.

These guys repiped our house last week. They were in and out in one day for the repiping. It passed city inspection the next day. Patch crew was also pretty amazing. Our plumber referred us to these folks. I wish I didn't have to have the house repiped but i thought the price was fair and the service first rate.

We manage property in West Los Angeles. A copper re-pipe was planned on behalf of a client who owns a building in Beverly Hills. We went through the process of getting several estimates, & decided on Pacific Coast. A pre-project walk through was arranged, we posted the building with our notices letting tenants know that the work was scheduled, and what we needed tenants to do to prepare for the project. It was requested if there was anything specific that the Pacific Coast needed, that they also post and communicate with the tenants directly since they would be in their homes. This was not done, the job took several days longer than was planned due to the City's lag in scheduling and a Federal Holiday, but the extent of the project exceeded what was communicated to us, or to the tenants, several items were broken at the property. The tenants personal belongings were not respected, and the apartments were left very dirty, beyond the level of cleanliness of what was communicated. The foreman didn't oversee the project, there was little to no communication from the company. The entire project cost the owner of the property far in excess of the actual re-pipe due to negligence on the part of the vendor. Dry cleaning, hotel bills, cleaning, rent abatement, etc. I will not use this company again, and warn others to look into references and so on.

Pacific Coast Copper Repipe did our repipe job this week. They idid an amazing job. Even the building inspector commented on the quality and that he liked how they handled some of the more challenging aspects of the job. They finished the repipe and had the water back on at the end of one day as promised. The job passed inspection with no issues. The patch crew showed up the following day and did a very clean job of patching the holes. They matched the stucco amazingly well. If we ever have to repipe another house I know who I'll call!
