Sara G.The team came in on a Monday and repiped the whole house. They covered everything with a tarp and then a plastic sheet. We had an inspector out the next day and we were given an ""green light"" to move forward with patching the holes.
The company is efficient, friendly, and very professional.
This experience has been as comfortable as possible because of PC Repipe!
Thanks for all the hard work and for completing the job so quickly!
They appeared to do a good job and price was competitive except for two things:
Worst was not attaching the water lines to the master bath tub and they refused to correct it saying they didn't know how to make that connection. Think the real reason was what one of the other workers told me - the guy working that section of the house has claustrophobia.
Had to hire another plumber to make the connection and somebody else to cut a hole to reach the work and repair the hole. The first time it was used it leaked through the floor into the living room below.
They also didn't plug all of the holes in the wallboard.
This company did a repipe for me that was not professionally done. Instead of repiping through the walls, they put all the pipes exposed on the walls in the garage. It is very ugly. They took the easy way out because they are lazy. Beware of this company. Also, they don't return calls.
Doug came over and spent at least 1/2 hour looking over my home so he could provide me an estimate. He was nice and answered all of my questions. He told me he would have an estimate to me by the of the day or the following. After 2 days of not getting anything or hearing from him, I called for a status. I got an answering service. I left a message for a return call from Doug, but never heard back from him. Not sure why? Maybe the job was too big? 5 baths? Kitchen and washroom? 4 bibs. I ended up going with All American Repipe & Plumbing and I'm happy I did. They did a great job in 2 days. Great team. The plaster guys are working right now and their work looks great also...I can't tell there were holes on the ones they've fixed thus far.
We recently used Pacific Coast Copper Repipe for a whole house repipe based on a referral from a co-worker. We obtained several quotes and they were the cheapest and the most flexible (the other companies said I had little say on how my house was repiped). They also had the best reputation based on what I could find online. The salesman/estimator was great and very helpful.
When the crew arrived, they immediately began protecting my house (laying out dropclothes and putting up plastic walls to control the dust); I was very happy and impressed. They asked us before changing the plan and kept us in the loop on the progress. They finished on time and did a great job. Their drywall repair crew is phenomenal; you cannot even find the cuts after painting.
The real test came when the hot water took too long at the kitchen sink, they came out, at no charge, and re-routed the line more directly. Most companies do not stand behind their work and make sure their customers are that happy. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone. They are a great company!
Dave M.Top notch job. Highly recommend if you're in the market to get a full house repipe, either PEX or copper. The crews were polite, clean and fast!
I have had 7 slab leaks over the years, finally decided to re-pipe my home with Pex. Doug came out explained how the re-pipe would be done and provided a bid. Even though they were not the lowest bid I decided to contract with them. I'm I glad I did. They had a crew of 7 come out completed the re-pipe in one day. I had water back on by 5:30pm. (3500 sq. ft. 2 story house). They returned to patch the drywall and completed that in one day as well. You cannot even tell that I had the home re-piped. They took extra care to protect the floor and furniture in the house and cleaned up everything before leaving. The office manager Barbra is a real joy to work with as well and will help resolve any questions or concerns you have. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is considering re-piping their home.
Mitch B.After seven slab leaks (!), we considered the pipe epoxy, but with teh water in South OC being basically toxic to copper pipes, and a slew of plumbers over the years giving us varied service, we thought it best to replace the mish-mash of pipes in our poor house. It basically took 3 days of workers in the house - one for the plumbing and two for the wall repair. The teams were great, and it's so nice to have new plumbing and not have to worry about leak #8. Doug was great in explaining the process to us - he didn't slam epoxy but explained pros and cons. Jesse was our plumbing foreman and he was awesome. These guys are great and we're rally glead we did it.
We just had our house repiped by PCCR and decided to use copper (we determined it is more favorable over PEX), and the whole job was completed in 3 days, with one day for the city inspector to do a 30 mins check off.
The thought of a repipe was horrifying for me. Had 2 slab leaks in 2 years and on the second, figured it was time. I got quote from 5 companies. Doug spoke in layman's terms and pointed out several things the other firms didn't mention. They were not the lowest bid nor the highest.
They showed up early, shut off water at 8, had it back on by 4. Inspector came the next day and said 'they do good work'. Drywaller was the hardest working man I have ever seen -- and you would never know I ever had 48 holes (inside and out) that he patched over. It is flawless.
Barbara in the office is professional and efficient.
Very satisfied customer!!!
