Josh did a great job for me installing some electrical and plumbing. The jobsite was kept clean and he knows what he is doing, I have a background in electrical so I know what he was doing too. The conduit was run nicely and plumbing was also done well. He wanted to do everything the right way. Saved me time having to deal with multiple contractors.

Ok, don't be dumb. Call Josh if you need help with anything. I called yesterday morning because our new house had some unwelcome pests making an appearance. Josh and Fernando came over within 30 mins and inspected the house top to bottom making some immediate repairs and then came back the next day to do some painting I decided we needed. They were incredible, super nice guys who know what they're doing and go above and beyond.

My front door handle broke, which turned out to be an antique and not easily replaceable. Josh explained my options to me and within 2 hours had me fixed up (which was great because I had to enter my condo by climbing from the stairwell over the patio railing and I'm on the second floor, lol!)

Just had Josh install a wall fountain in my office for me after two other handyman turned the job down, citing that I needed a contractor with more expertise. Well, I found one at Pacific Coast Handyman. Obviously, a contractor is going to cost slightly more than a handyman, but the difference knowledge, skill level, and confidence level was obvious.

He was also on time and polite and personable. I would definitely use him the next time I need a contractor.

Josh recently helped me with installation of light fixtures in our remodeled kitchen/dining area. It could have been a complicated job working with existing wiring but he and his subcontractor figured it out quickly, got the job done efficiently and perfectly to my aesthetic liking. Some of the work required patching wood beams and matching it to the older finish, which Josh did beautifully.

Josh has a good eye for how things should look with attention to detail and makes some creative suggestions to get the job done, he thinks outside the box. He is both professional and personable and provides great response and follow through, not flaky at all like how some contractors I've worked with in the past. He works very hard and stays focused on each project at hand.

As they say, good help is hard to find. Well, Josh is a great find and I would definitely have him help on future remodel projects in our home.
