Debra N.This company is incredible. We looked at different companies but Pacific Bath was the cheapest and we had seen some of their work. We love our walk in shower with the baby blue walls. Also they were very professional and cleaned up every bit of mess. They took our old shower out and got rid of it. We just love all the shelves inside the shower so that we can put different things on each shelve. We would recommend this company to all our friends
William D.Incredible job, incredible material. Pacific Bath did a great job in installing my new walk in shower by Kohler. The job was completed in 2.5 days. Very professional. Not one speck of dust left from the work. It is beautiful and greatly enhanced the bathroom. Highly recommend.
Karen P.Very happy with our new Kohler shower installed by Pacific Bath in Henderson, Nevada. Installation only took two days and the result is beautiful! I definitely recommend this company.
WAyne Y.I'm sorry but when the sales rep told me that a new kohler shower was $13,000 I almost fell over. They market it like all seniors can afford it. Maybe if retired from a hedge fund.
Jerry S.Great team of workers or showers are beautiful and so functioal
Gemma L.Pacific Bath Company representative Dale Moore designed the bathroom and gave me an estimate of $33,000, was told that the pan is custom made and will take about 8 weeks but will be given an update weekly. Never got an update after the first call. I decided to cancel in January 2022, I spoke to Christian S, who was the sales manager at the time. I was told that if I cancel, I will still be charged for the custom made pan, which cost $8000. I told Christian my concerns and he promised to keep me posted, so I agreed to move ahead with the project. At the beginning of February 2022, I was told everything is ready and scheduled for the 3 day job. Job was scheduled for the middle of February. I went home around lunch time to check on the progress, nothing was started. The crew told me that there is a load bearing wall so they are calling their supervisor Josh. Question is why didn't someone from the company check on it before designing the remodel in the first place or have somebody come out to check on it before the start of the project. The crew left because they didn't hear back from Josh. I waited for Josh to call me back. I called the office to talk to the manager, Andrea. Andrea never called me back. Josh called later in the day and told me that he will have someone come by the house the following morning to check on the wall in question. The guy who came out (can't remember his name) said it was not a load bearing wall and will let Josh know that the project can go ahead. I got a call an hour or two after I got to work from Will, who thought I knew that he was coming over to check on the wall. It turned out Josh sent somebody who is not from the company; Will is. So, I had to drive back home to meet Will. Will confirmed that the wall is not load bearing and will inform the office. Josh never called me back to update, Ashley from the office called to reschedule the remodeling work end of February. I was told on the first or second day of the project that it will take 4-5 days, instead of the 3 days. What can I do. At the end of the second day of the job, Brett (one of the crew) told me that they will not be back to the house to work because the custom made pan has a crack and Josh will call me. I was told that the crack is on the side and is not going to affect anything, just cosmetic. I told Brett, if that's the case, why cant Josh just give me a call at that time to settle it and move ahead with the project. Josh called me the following day, gave me options. Since the bathroom is all torn down and it' s a mess, and it's only a small crack that's not going to cause any water leaking, I agreed to go ahead with the project and Pacific Bath offered to give me a $1500 discount for the pan. So, Josh had the guys come back that day to restart the project. At the end of the 4th day, I was asked by the crew for tiles. They were told that I am providing the tiles. I told them no I'm not, that I specifically told Dale that I don't have extra tiles and he said not to worry because they will find tiles that match my bathroom floor. I spoke to Josh at some point, who made a comment that Will is going above and beyond to look for the tiles. At the end of the 6th day (Saturday), I asked the crew what else needs to be done because it didn't look like it's close to being completed and it is already the end of the week. Brett told me it's almost done. I asked how about the glass and he said that's up to me. I asked him what he meant by that, and he said they are a bath company and they don't do glass. I said that when Dale gave me the design and cost, he mentioned where the glass is going to go but never told me that I am going to have to buy it myself. I got upset and called Josh, who was out of town at the time. He said he will look into it and call me back when he comes back to town. Never heard from him. There was no communication on when they will be back to finish the job, only that Will is coming by the next Monday. I got a call from Gower Telly, who is the new sales manager, apologized and promised to call me back once he knows more. Guess what, no follow up calls. He did not even return my call or text. When Will came by, I asked him if he thinks what they left me with is ok. Work was not up to par. I told Will my concerns and he assured me that he will bring it to the company. From then on, Will would come by to work on the bathroom. The first day he had some help working on the project, they had to tear down everything the previous crew worked on for a week. The project is mostly complete, except for the glass, which has to be ordered and takes 4-5 weeks. So, as of this writing, I still cannot use my bathroom. You cannot trust or rely on anyone from Pacific Bath Company. The manager Andrea, Sales manager Gower or Supervisor Josh. The only one who took responsibility and can be relied on is Will. I appreciate the work Will has done.
I ordered a walk-in shower in December. I was told 2 days and the shower will be complete. Took 4 days, and my wheel chair bound spouse is still not able to get in the shower. They're still a step to get in the shower. THIS IS NOT A WALK -IN SHOWER. They told me they would fix it, but we're in march and it still isn't done. This is really the worst company ever. At the price they charge, it should have been done correctly right away. This is not a honest company.
We are very happy with the installation of our new walk-
in shower. The job took 2 1/2days from removal of the old shower stall and bathtub to the installation of new plumbing pipes and a beautiful double walk-in shower. Pacific Bath said they were sending their ""Michael Jordan"" of installers and they did not disappoint. The team of Danny and Saul were professional, courteous and punctual. They also did a fabulous job of protecting the floors and cleaning up, we highly recommend Pacifc Bath, please ask for Danny and Saul .
Well...we signed the contract on May 28,2021 for two new bathrooms, a total of $30,830. Today the date is October 15,2021 and we are still not complete. (5 months) Are you kidding me. Their communication is null. I had to call in weekly to get any kind of update. NEVER a return phone call. I even tried calling the salesman (leaving messages) and nothing came from that. I received a call from Kohler asking how the install was. I replied, ""they are still working on it, I had to make ALL calls inquiring about the job and if they are your west coast sales rep's I give them a zero"". He told me he has been hearing this from other customers and will check into it. Before spending your money here, go somewhere else. Learn through me, please. Try Silverado, (Henderson) we did for our granite countertops. They were very professional, fast and friendly! Should have went there for everything.
There was an issue with our initial order for the shower floor pan. Destiny or Beth faithfully updated us weekly; but, after almost 3 months with no progress, our sales rep, Ron escalated. They were able to find us a different, larger pan in stock.
Installation Manager, Steve called that same day and came out to measure and ensure all would fit in the space.
I can't say enough praise for the install techs. Danny and Saul had to cut and remove some existing glued-on mirrors; but, did that and even refinished the wall smartly and cleanly. Before calling it done, they had my 88 year old mother step in to see that all was in her reach. It is apparent that they are quite experienced at this!
I highly recommend this company.
