Recommended Customer Reviews

I would Highly Recommend Pacific Bath to my friends, co-workers.
Our installation went smoothly.
I would like to Specially Thank our installers Daniel and Christopher for their Excellent Service!
Very Pleasant workers.
Kudos to an Excellent Job Done.

Danny V and Chris A came in and installed a great walk in shower in two days. Shower is as described by Chrissy. The work was quick, clean up was great, and the shower was done right. Highly recommend this company and this crew. Very pleased.

9/12/23 Salesperson showed up for sales presentation and showed us tile samples. I agreed to the sample that had a polished/smooth service (white with tan veins).
9/28 Workers showed up, did the demolition, plumber modified plumbing, then they installed backer board, shower cement, and shower pan.
9/29 Workers showed up with the shower panels which looked nothing like the tile sample the salesperson showed my mother, my son and I. It had a matte finish and textured surface (it was a bait and switch). Immediately I refused the product and the project manager was notified. We are currently waiting a full refund and have not heard anything back as of today Tues. 10/17/23. Next step is to file bad reviews on all sites, file a complaint with the BBB, and file a complaint with the Contractors Board, and notify the Consumer Protection Agency.

Love the job that Pacific Bath did on our new shower. Great craftmanship and very professional install. Thank you Pacific Bath.

The worst quality of work I have seen. They installed the wrong colors of material. I have never seen such a poorly done shower. In fact, I'll likely sue them. Do not ever use this company.

Just a quick update - when the owner said they would not call again, he wasn't lying. They did stop calling. For this reason, I will add an additional star.

They were the identified contractor to install Kohler jet bath. Device is fine, the installation was poorly planned, supervision was lacking at best, admin/receptionist was less than helpful, construction manager was condescending. Sales person lied repeatedly about what the installers would do (It will look just like when you moved in to your new house) Reality was the ""construction"" people will make it ""paint ready"" which translates to they leave it in sheet rock and customer needs to go find someone to actually finish the job. Two day installation became 5 (not counting the Memorial Day weekend); electrician cut holes all over the place then said the ""other contractor"" or ""the plumbers"" would fix them; once the bath was finally installed it would not power up; bad experience all around. If you want a bath, RUN (don't walk) away from these people.
I noted that Todd B (owner) ONLY responds to positive reviews. Tell you what buddy, try speaking to someone who had their bathroom screwed up by your ""wonderful"" crews. Not holding my breath.

I do not leave bad reviews, I don't belive in them. However, Pacific Bath has left me so dissatisfied I must say something.
But Pacific Bath has proven themselves to be unprofessional and dishonorable.
They installed a shower, over a year ago, and now the tile is splitting along the grout and water is leaking onto the floor.
One of their representatives came to observe the damage and admitted that it was a construction error and it was their fault. He told us not to worry and they would fix everything.
A week later, Pacific Bath called back claiming it was not their fault but rather the fault of the company who installed the glass around the shower.
It was not. Anyone can see that.
A second representative from Pacific Bath came a week later. He also agreed that he could see the damage was in the tile -- not in the glass installation -- and they would fix everything, at their expense.
A week later, their office called us and again claimed that it was not their fault, it was the glass company.
Two different representatives from Pacific Bath saw the damage and admitted their fault. But both times when their office called back, someone who had not seen the damage claimed it was the fault of the glass installation company.
I am calling the state contractors board tomorrow.
I will happily remove this review if Pacific Bath does the honorable thing and decides to work with us to solve this problem. But for now they have informed us that we must have the glass removed, at our expense, before they will continue to work with us further.

We just had a shower from bathtub installed. Leonard the lead guy was the best. He found two problems and quickly pointed them out to me and instead of bypassing them he fixed it with no problem. The project turned out better then we anticipated. Ryan and Anthony his coworkers were just as hard working. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get a shower from bathtub installed.

We were tired of our shower tubs and wanted to update them to walk in showers. From the sales process through installation, everything went smoothly and as planned. We scheduled two conversion appointments back to back. After the first two days, we had a new shower in one room and after four days we had both showers completed. We were amazed. Gariel and Saul showed up on time, used drop cloths all the way from the garage entrance through the house and up the stairs to the bathroom. They cleaned up their tools at night and resumed their work the next morning. They asked me where exactly I wanted to place the shelves and soap holder. The luxstone and whole finished product look great. This was the easiest home remodeling project we have done in 20+ years. I would recommend to a friend!
