I do not leave bad reviews, I don't belive in them. However, Pacific Bath has left me so dissatisfied I must say something.

But Pacific Bath has proven themselves to be unprofessional and dishonorable.
They installed a shower, over a year ago, and now the tile is splitting along the grout and water is leaking onto the floor.
One of their representatives came to observe the damage and admitted that it was a construction error and it was their fault. He told us not to worry and they would fix everything.
A week later, Pacific Bath called back claiming it was not their fault but rather the fault of the company who installed the glass around the shower.
It was not. Anyone can see that.

A second representative from Pacific Bath came a week later. He also agreed that he could see the damage was in the tile -- not in the glass installation -- and they would fix everything, at their expense.
A week later, their office called us and again claimed that it was not their fault, it was the glass company.

Two different representatives from Pacific Bath saw the damage and admitted their fault. But both times when their office called back, someone who had not seen the damage claimed it was the fault of the glass installation company.

I am calling the state contractors board tomorrow.

I will happily remove this review if Pacific Bath does the honorable thing and decides to work with us to solve this problem. But for now they have informed us that we must have the glass removed, at our expense, before they will continue to work with us further.

We just had a shower from bathtub installed. Leonard the lead guy was the best. He found two problems and quickly pointed them out to me and instead of bypassing them he fixed it with no problem. The project turned out better then we anticipated. Ryan and Anthony his coworkers were just as hard working. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get a shower from bathtub installed.

We were tired of our shower tubs and wanted to update them to walk in showers. From the sales process through installation, everything went smoothly and as planned. We scheduled two conversion appointments back to back. After the first two days, we had a new shower in one room and after four days we had both showers completed. We were amazed. Gariel and Saul showed up on time, used drop cloths all the way from the garage entrance through the house and up the stairs to the bathroom. They cleaned up their tools at night and resumed their work the next morning. They asked me where exactly I wanted to place the shelves and soap holder. The luxstone and whole finished product look great. This was the easiest home remodeling project we have done in 20+ years. I would recommend to a friend!

Very satisfied with the step by step explanation of the process so I knew what to expect. Scott Yon was very thorough explaining all aspects and options available to me. Leonard and Diego were cordial and considerate and carried themselves very professionally before, during and after the installation. Would highly recommend PacificBath for your bathtub to safety, walk-in shower conversion needs.

We had a tub to shower conversion done.From start to finish Jason and Ryan did an excellent job! Dust and dirt kept to a minimum.Always cleaned up after work.We had extensive tile work in the bathroom which they removed and left the walls ready to paint! Answered all the questions along the way. Oh yeah the product is top of the line. Luxstone expensive but worth it! Also kudos to Scott the sales man who delivered all that he promised!! Great job by all! Highly recommended !

How funny, now the ""NEW GM"" C. Miller has contacted us about an outstanding balance. First of all, we financed our install with a company they referred and have been making our payments, sometimes double, on time! So call them if you aren't getting payment. Secondly, you have still yet to address the promise to rectify the disastrous install YOUR company did! Still waiting...
And how many GM's does this company go through?? Sounds as if you guys may be corporately challenged.

Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. This was a Kohl install and it turned out great. Don't be afraid to speak up and let them know what you want. Our old shower was getting kind of ugly and my wife wanted an update. We contacted Kohl and got the installation through Pacific Bath. It took some time to get everything measured and custom cut, then another few days for the glass guys to get their stuff lined up but it turned out great - exactly what we wanted.

This company is incredible. We looked at different companies but Pacific Bath was the cheapest and we had seen some of their work. We love our walk in shower with the baby blue walls. Also they were very professional and cleaned up every bit of mess. They took our old shower out and got rid of it. We just love all the shelves inside the shower so that we can put different things on each shelve. We would recommend this company to all our friends

Incredible job, incredible material. Pacific Bath did a great job in installing my new walk in shower by Kohler. The job was completed in 2.5 days. Very professional. Not one speck of dust left from the work. It is beautiful and greatly enhanced the bathroom. Highly recommend.

Very happy with our new Kohler shower installed by Pacific Bath in Henderson, Nevada. Installation only took two days and the result is beautiful! I definitely recommend this company.
