Waited months for service. Always told we'll get back to you and never did. Finally got work done at our restaurant in the kitchen. Few weeks after had a leak. Which is a huge hazard in a restaurant kitchen. Called and was told I'd get a call back later. Never did. Called again and nothing. Finally, spoke to owner after I said I was calling my lawyer. He was extremely rude and said I'll get there when I have time. A leak in a restaurant kitchen is a liability! Not an acceptable response after paying for the work and waiting a few days with the leak. Had to hire another company to fix! Pipes were the wrong size and was not fitted properly! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME USING THIS COMPANY. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional

needed a fill valve replaced for a Toto toilet. When i called i specially stated it's a toto toilet after the fact when the work was done they used a generic fill value which in my opinion is not as good as the Toto Brand. Disappointed but they did come out quickly.

I am so thrilled with the work Pacetti Plumbing did on fixing a leaking pipe under my slab floor in a 75 YO home. He was able to identify where the leak was, open up a hole in the floor, cut the pipe, and repair it. This saved me a huge amount of money as the other option was to repipe through the attic. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any plumbing needs in my real estate business or to friends and family. I am just so pleased with the work that was done.

Waste of time and unprofessional. Scheduled an appointment to change a shower cartridge. Said """"you are second in the morning."""" 1pm, no call, no show. Called them back to confirm they were still coming, told me """"he was """"just running late."""" 3:30 pm called back, and said he could not come. No way to get this repaired over the weekend so now it will be dripping until at least Monday. Easily avoided if they had just a) not taken an appointment they could not make or b) been honest when I called them to make sure they were still coming out. AVOID.

Great service and pricing! They replaced the box and valves for my washing machine and also found a defective valve on my water heater, (also replaced). The price was $100.00 less than quoted by another plumber for replacing the box/valves alone. I am happy to have found an honest plumbing business and will definitely use them in the future!

These guys just finished a repiping of the entire house. They did an excellent job and where in and out in 2 days. I did the sheetrock patching myself and they made it easy with only 8 spots that needed to be patched. Most were fairly small. They were good with communication and where clean cut and respectful. Price was decent also.

I have used Pacetti Plumbing on two different occasions and both times I have been greatly satisfied. Both times the price for the work was given upfront. It was my choice to continue or not. I chose to continue and I am glad I did. The work was professionally done and Richard and assistant were both polite, professional, and helpful. If I have any complaints it would be with Kayla. She answers the phone and evidently makes out the work schedule. She told me she would call me back but didn't. On the third call to the office the phone was answered and noisily disconnected. Then, a couple of minutes later, I got a call telling me Richard was on his way! I don't know what was going on in the office or with the teams of plumbers, but a customer should not be told anything that can't be followed through on and that includes promising a call! Trying to give the benefit of the doubt to Kayla....but I can't complain about the work done by Richard Pacetti.
