I called several co to investigate the water issue in my sons room.I was able to get a gallon of water 4 to 5 times a day. This co said they would contact me later to set up a time. In the meantime I had set up another co to come 2 days later. I got a call the next day stating that they were in the area and would be there in a few minutes. What??? Since we were desperate I agreed. Upon arrival after a few minutes I asked about the fee as no one mentioned it. They quoted me the price I agreed since I wanted a full idea of what was going on. I had another co coming the next day and between the two I figured I would have a full idea of what was happening He looked at the bathrooms that shared a wall with my sons . He ruled out that it was not our bedroom . He pulled up the baseboard and discovered water in the wall. He then looked at the other bathroom which was on the other side of my sons bedroom. He found several small cracks and said that it had to be the issue. We asked about the AC unit and without looking at it said that was not the issue. I thought this was strange to get gallons of water several times a day for a few little cracks. The next day the leak detection service opened the door to the ac and discovered the floor was soaked and the condensation pipe was clogged and overflowing! Pacetti did not even look at it, had I followed their advice I would have torn out my other bathroom redone the bathroom repaired cracks replaced carpet in my sons room repainted walls etc only to discover that the problem was not fixed. What a true level of incompetence!!!!!! I am so glad I had another co to investigate this issue. If I could they would have less than one star!!!

I am so thrilled with the work Pacetti Plumbing did on fixing a leaking pipe under my slab floor in a 75 YO home. He was able to identify where the leak was, open up a hole in the floor, cut the pipe, and repair it. This saved me a huge amount of money as the other option was to repipe through the attic. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any plumbing needs in my real estate business or to friends and family. I am just so pleased with the work that was done.

Came and repair the thing inside the water heater, instead of telling me I need a new one. Honest about the job and save me money from spending new water heater. Water heater running still today after 2 years ago. Honest guy!

Waste of time and unprofessional. Scheduled an appointment to change a shower cartridge. Said """"you are second in the morning."""" 1pm, no call, no show. Called them back to confirm they were still coming, told me """"he was """"just running late."""" 3:30 pm called back, and said he could not come. No way to get this repaired over the weekend so now it will be dripping until at least Monday. Easily avoided if they had just a) not taken an appointment they could not make or b) been honest when I called them to make sure they were still coming out. AVOID.

I had 4 tasks that needed to be done with minimal parts needed (a short pvc pipe, shower head & a bottom piece needed to repair pop up sink). I may add that the LAST time this company was used, a diff bathroom sink needed a pop up repair which never DID get done properly so this was one of the 4 tasks that I asked Brian to do. I'll add that I never complained last time even though the tech said he'd be back to fix when he was in the neighborhood...( I guess on his own time since the lever detached the first time I used it?). Brian told me several times that the cost is $120/ hr """"no MATTER WHAT"""" he does. He was IN my house for just over 90 min & spent another 20 min outside WRITING up the BILL. All totaled, 2 hours. I was shocked & questioned him as to why the bill was $420! He shrugged & said """" labor & parts"""" but nothing was itemized. I felt it futile to argue w the tech that wrote the bill so figured I'd take it up w Richard Pacetti, the owner. I really felt that Brian had made a mental math error ( at house 1:08-3:08, he thought '3' & charged for 3 hrs- surely the parts used couldn't be $180????). I had to call several times to get a call back from Richard & eventually received my requested """"idomized invoice"""" (their spelling, not mine- guess it shows how rarely they provide these) which never ITEMIZED at all. It explained that a pricing book was used and get this, 3 TASKS were $120 EACH & the (more difficult of the 4 tasks) pop up that needed a part was priced at $210. I had even asked Brian while he cursed under the sink if it would be cheaper & easier to just buy a whole new faucet set & he answered, """" that would be way more"""". So while no parts were listed at all (what about the pricing book- Brian had to be looking SOMEthing up for the 20 min he was writing the bill?), they said the bill should've been $595 & I actually was charged LESS than what it should have been. When I again emailed Richard With the full story of price Brian had verbally told me (remember, several times) & was giving him benefit of the doubt on the time he was here error, I received a response saying he was sorry I wasn't happy w the price, got thanked for my business & was told to buy the parts & do it myself next time or get another plumber in the future. Well I SURELY will do just and advise everyone else to do the same...

needed a fill valve replaced for a Toto toilet. When i called i specially stated it's a toto toilet after the fact when the work was done they used a generic fill value which in my opinion is not as good as the Toto Brand. Disappointed but they did come out quickly.

These guys just finished a repiping of the entire house. They did an excellent job and where in and out in 2 days. I did the sheetrock patching myself and they made it easy with only 8 spots that needed to be patched. Most were fairly small. They were good with communication and where clean cut and respectful. Price was decent also.

Very unprofessional and unreliable company Matthew quoted my job for $650 to replace a bathroom shower valve completely over priced and never showed up to do the job decided he didn't wanna do the job as my tenant took a day off and is waiting for him. The company was supposed to call me for a credit card to start the work and they never did he said he couldn't find my phone number in his text thread from the """"the day before and they told me to go find a new plumber. If you want an unprofessional jerk who stiffs you the day of the job because he is too unorganized to get a credit card from this is what you get. KEEP looking, glad I never let this guy in my house

Highly recommended. We recently returned from a trip to find a leak in a copper pipe in the foundation-evidently a problem for many homeowners with 20+ yr old homes. Pacetti identified the leak source and gave us the option of 1) fixing the one leak or 2) repiping the entire house. The repipe is the only smart way to go as another leak may happen at any time. A repipe is NOT a fun thing to do...think having walls cut into; pipes rerouted to the attic and then, drywall replaced, mudded and ready for paint. Messy, expensive and time consuming---no way around that. The Pacetti team did what they promised and came back for 2 minor glitches in a timely manner. I would hire them again for other plumbing issues.
