Marty arrived my house on-time for water pressure regulator installation as i have constant toilet overflowing issues. He ends up telling us the ultimate correct of doing it which is something he does not have adequate equipment. in the meantime, he took time fixed all three toilet's valves. I did not ask him to give an estimate and he charged $75 for more than an hour's work. very honest guy and you can count on him to do the right thing at right price. I will certainly use him again when i have needz.

Marty was prompt and did great work replacing my kitchen faucet. Originally I wanted to replace the cartridge only, but I messed it up and broke the very old cartridge which got trapped and couldn't be removed. So following Marty's suggestion, I bought a new faucet for him to install. He was extremely patient and made sure the work done professionally. He also fixed a tricky leaking tube for my dishwasher. He came to my house twice, prompt both times. Also, when I called him a few times for questions or appointments, he picked up the phone right away, so I didn't have to leave a message.

The best part was his fee. You probably cannot find a less expensive professional plumber in this area. Originally, I couldn't believe it when he gave me a quote.

I LOVE this plumber! Marty has been to my house 3 times. Most recently, I asked him to install a kitchen faucet to replace the Delta faucet he'd put in about 5 years ago. The first thing he did was inspect the new faucet. He pointed out several design flaws, things that would cause the faucet to break within a short time. He then asked me what was wrong with the Delta faucet. When I showed him that the handle was broken, he told me to call Delta and order a replacement part. Marty said that because Delta offers a lifetime warranty, they would ship me the part for free. He stayed on the phone with me while we called them, and then showed me how to install the replacement part. It was great! And, he said he didn't do any work, so he wouldn't charge me any money!!!!

3. Helped me with Delta so i got the right part (~10 minutes)
4. Showed me how to install the new part so I don't have to pay him to do that

I got a reference fro Pacesetter from a co-worker. I called them (I think it's a one man business) to take a look a piping humming noise at my rental unit. The day before, another plumbing company quoted me $800 to repair/replace the water pressure regulator. The guy explained to me over the phone that given the unit was only built in 2006, it's probably not the water pressure regulator and it shouldn't cost $800. Any way, at the end of the day, he charged me $50 for labor and $10 for parts. I will use this company again. Honest folks...At the end of the day, honesty and good work is all we can ask for.
