After calling our local Friedmans...and being told that they had my faucet part there...I ran down there...had to hunt someone down to help me..after 3 employees helped me look for the part that I was assured was there...after they finally got the guy I talked to on the phone...he had transposed the item #...apologized for his mistake. I got in my car..called Pace Supply. Jonathan helped me by ordering the part..critical..Thanksgiving was in 2 days...and my kitchen faucet was leaking! The part had to be ordered...something Friedmans never even offered! The next morning I received a call from C.J. at Pace. I was greeted by Jonathan, who shook my hand & helped me with my purchase! C.J. also came in & I met him also! great customer service! I wish some of employees at these big name places could be more helpful! Pace in Ukiah certainly was! They have MY business from now on!

Ordered part that never showed up...worst customer service...if you need it fast order elsewhere...2 days turned into 5 and then 7....20% restocking fee what a joke...I will not be back....

They have a full stock of every kind of plumbing device or fitting. They are where the professionals buy their plumbing supplies. I owned an old rental unit with a leaky shower valve. When I removed it, it was from the 1940s. Pace Supply had one, which enabled me to replace the valve rather than open the wall and put a whole new shower valve.
I recently found a water heater dip tube, after searching everywhere else. Pace Supply had it.

Super disappointed in the service. Came in as an owner-builder to purchase PEX fittings for the house I'm building, and was unable to purchase any products because I needed a PEX certification. Seriously! I can go to Home Depot, but I try to support local non-box businesses. So, that's where I was forced to go. $900 later, and I headed home with what I needed.
Pace Supply, try harder, this is not how customer service is given.

We needed a bathtub for our home remodel. The sales staff was very helpful. This is basically a warehouse, so if you are looking for a showroom you won't find it here

Just want to give a thank you and shout-out to Sam at Pace Supply for his amazing helpfulness in finding a particular part for me today -- and he didn't even charge me for it!

Believe me -- when I need something larger than a 15 cent item I will now be checking Pace FIRST.
