I had a great experience. Came in to pick up a tankless water heater and they had it in stock. One of the parts I needed wasn't available but they ordered it for me and it was ready at 6 AM the very next day. They were very helpful and professional!

Was trying to locate CI grates for Christy drain boxes. Tried to check PACE. Turns out you cannot even check PACE's inventory without opening either a cash or open account. Fine, I will jump through that hoop, even though it might be a waste of time for all involved if they don't have the grates.

After a couple of emails with their credit dept., crickets...no response to my followup. And this was just to open a simple cash acct!

BTW, we are CA licensed GCs. I know that they treat non-comml customers like crap...but I guess even as a business, if you are not part of PACE's club, i.e. a big corporate customer etc., you get the same treatment.

So be it....bye bye PACE. You had your chance. Not wasting any more time on you guys.

I don't normally spend my time writing reviews. But if you are outstanding or reeeallly crappy, you will get one. Knowledge is power.....

These guys know their stuff and they are willing to spend time with you to find what you're looking for. If you're anything like me, I am typically a three tripper when buying plumbing parts. I ASSume I know what I need. The guys here are friendly and have taken me aisle to aisle numerous times, helping me make sure I've got what I need.

Their tank water heaters are the same as you would get a home depo, junk.
They do have a lot in stock of plumbing material but if you have issues with what they sell they don't stand behind there products. They have enough customers that small guys don't matter to them. Other supply houses take care of their customers.

Unless you have to go here to get something don't bother they will rip you off. They charged me twice the price home Depot charges for abs fittings. I've been going here for over 20 years and they always mess up the orders.

Recently I was forced to pick up a new water heater. When they go, they go. Anyway, I had very nice service and it was quick. That place was slammed when my son and I showed up but the process went smoothly. We called in advance which helped.
