If you are a contractor this place can not be beat. I've gone in with contractors and they have what you need and are very helpful. If you are a consumer forget about it. They blow you off as fast as tornado. The three times I've gone to them for parts, they treated me like dirt. Us lowly home owners need to stay at Home Depot.

I don't know about the ""bad stars"" posted here, but , I have had a tremendously help with Logan. My husband and I need to get a new water heater, something I know absolutely anything about. Logan was so friendly and patient with my problem. Sometimes people only give a bad posting. And others don't find the time to post a good review. So, I want to give a FOUR STAR for Logan. Santa Rosa Corporate Office was extremely rude. After talking with the marketing director for a discount on heaters on a Thursday, she said she would let me know if they could help us out by early the next week. She never called back . after several messages and emails two weeks later she finally responded No.
It took calling her superior to get a response.

I get referred there when hardware stores do not have a plumbing part. After three bad experiences, I will never go back. The reviews are true. Unless you are a contractor, they do not want your business. Every time, they want to charge a very high price with the argument that 'contractors get special pricing because they have a license.' I could understand if they buy volume, but just because they have a license?
I wanted some special vents. They wanted to charge me +$200. Online, it was $130. Customer service was much better online than either going in or talking on the phone with Pace.

We are a local vineyard having made considerable purchases for 25 years from PACE and doing major well, irrigation, fire suppression and water supply installations ourselves. I went to them seeking some advice on dealing with water hammer problems breaking our PVC lines recently. What i got was "" We like to deal with local contractors. We don't want to make a recommendation and end up holding your hand when you get into trouble.""
The counter people however, have always been accommodating.

Wow great place. Yea there are restock fees but I've tried to go to other wholesale plumbing companies and the won't help. The counter staff is very helpful and knows there stuff. Will get more products for my next project.

I bought a Moen part for $25.00. I assumed that I could return it if it was the wrong part. I was not told about the 25% restocking fee and did not notice it until looking at my receipt after returning the item. I have been a retail customer there for fifteen years and have spent about $5000.00 remodeling three homes. Until now I have never had to return anything. I called and talked to the manager, Dean, and he was nice and offered to refund the $6.00. I told him to forget it because it was not about the money it was about the policy. 25% is an exorbinate amout to return an unused part in its original package with receipt after five days. By the way the same part sells at Home Depot for $19.95 and there is never a hassle to get a full refund. So be prepared to pay a higher price at Pace and take a 25% loss if you need to return merchandise.

Been in there a few times. They treat there cash customers like garbage!!!!! they almost always get there orders filled wrong. The people at the counter seem to have no product knowledge, were do they find these guys? I'm going to go somewhere that the customer service is better.

I am a local plumber in Santa Rosa and have gone to pace for years. The inside sales team is knowledgeable and helpful. The counter staff are also helpful and do what they can to get you what you need(whether you knew it or not) and on your way with a smile. I read a compliant about the restocking fee but why would you leave without checking your order( like you should anywhere). Good guys good service and it's a locally owned company. It's good all around.

I had incredible service from Beth to Alex. Products were top of the line everyone was helpful. Pipe was there the next morning as promised. Great selection of Grohe faucets. Would recommend Pace as the place to go. Even the coffee was great
