I've been buying from pace my entire career, my father and brother both shop here as well. I own and operate KC home services here in Santa Rosa and pace is Awesome. The girls in the office Casey and Michelle are always pleasant, between Tom, mike, warren, and Roman I know my parts will be on the order and Kurtis, lance, joe, rob, Jose and little mike will greet me and have all my parts ready. These guys are super knowledge and took the time to walk me through what I neeed to do to get my plumbing under a bathroom sink figured out. I really appreciated the time they took for what ended up being a $13 sale on minor parts

Okay this place is far from cheap. If your looking for cheap there is several ""box"" stores you can go to. But if your looking for hard to find parts. or people that actually know what they are talking about this is your place. I don't go here a lot but EVERYTIME I have I was able to get what I needed right away without roaming isle after isle.

Don't use them unless you want extra fees for nothing. Needed hot water heater. They asked $150 for ""admin fee"". When asked what it was for there was silence. Our other local supplier met product price and no additional fees.

Pretty decent, they have stuff no other yards do. I prefer big box stores for convenience, but I have used paced several times this year for septic supplies I could not get anywhere. As it turned out Friedmans finally picked up what Pace had forever, but no where near the same selection as far as plumbing and septic go.

They have stuff nobody else does. Go here before you go to a big box, save time and money. My septic supply was special order from home depot and was 300% more then Pace, and nobody else even carried it. The only place I could find the infiltrator system.

Forget the old reviews! This place is amazing! Several employees pitched in to give advice and help solve a plumbing problem. It is unlikely that I will use anyplace else for any of my future plumbing needs.... And special thanks to Billy!

If you are a contractor this place can not be beat. I've gone in with contractors and they have what you need and are very helpful. If you are a consumer forget about it. They blow you off as fast as tornado. The three times I've gone to them for parts, they treated me like dirt. Us lowly home owners need to stay at Home Depot.

I don't know about the ""bad stars"" posted here, but , I have had a tremendously help with Logan. My husband and I need to get a new water heater, something I know absolutely anything about. Logan was so friendly and patient with my problem. Sometimes people only give a bad posting. And others don't find the time to post a good review. So, I want to give a FOUR STAR for Logan. Santa Rosa Corporate Office was extremely rude. After talking with the marketing director for a discount on heaters on a Thursday, she said she would let me know if they could help us out by early the next week. She never called back . after several messages and emails two weeks later she finally responded No.
It took calling her superior to get a response.
