Unless you have to go here to get something don't bother they will rip you off. They charged me twice the price home Depot charges for abs fittings. I've been going here for over 20 years and they always mess up the orders.

Recently I was forced to pick up a new water heater. When they go, they go. Anyway, I had very nice service and it was quick. That place was slammed when my son and I showed up but the process went smoothly. We called in advance which helped.

As a homeowner, I was unfamiliar with how Pace operates. Long story short, the guys working there were all super helpful. In particular Eric at the plumbing will call. Great attentiveness. Patient with me as a DYI'er. Went out of his way to be sure I had what I really needed, not what I thought I needed. All while training someone new behind the desk. That trainee is lucky to have Eric as a mentor.

Phil G. at the counter helped me with a high level of customer service despite it being a homeowner project, about $200 in materials. I anticipated inferior assistance since I wasn't a contractor, but he went all the way, including pulling materials from the yard. Pace was the third stop for what I was looking for. Perhaps Pace could designate someone like Phil with the patience to assist homeowners and leave the rest to the mighty plumbing cognoscenti.

The girls in the office Casey and Michelle are always pleasant, between Tom, mike, warren, and Roman I know my parts will be on the order and Kurtis, lance, joe, rob, Jose and little mike will greet me and have all my parts ready.
