I went to PACE to receive a toilet tank I magically broke in my home. After searching everywhere and being told I had to have a contractor's license, PACE saved the day. They had the part I needed, and I picked it up within 10 minutes. Their customer service agents were on the ball and super professional. They had me in and out in under 5 minutes. I'll be back for my home's utility needs. They have many different parts for construction and beyond. I was impressed being in the industry. Give them a call. They might have what you need, and you DO NOT need a contractor's license.

I was looking for a A O Smith water heater dip tube, cross number to a State industry part number, I called and talked to the sales lady, she told me she was doing business with company only, not with the regular home owners, so no order, anyway I got my dip tube order in somewhere else, so I was wondering the reason I called was because I saw the feedback in Yelp, the reviewers sounded like home owner like me, what's going on with this business?

Simply stellar service. I had spent hours trying to find a place in town that would have this really odd part for my water heater.

I spoke with Jenae at Pace, who did some research on my model number and she said she was pretty sure they had the right part and set it aside for me. When I got there, it was clear that it wasn't the right part, although it was awfully close.

She came out to talk to me and said that if I could get the serial number off the unit she was pretty sure she could track it down. So I drove back home and got the serial number for her. She found the part and sent me some photos of it so I could check to make sure that it was indeed correct. Even though it was too late for me to get back and pick it up she offered to stay late or meet me somewhere on her way out of the office with the part so I could get my water heater back up and running today.

Anyway, my water heater is working and I'm eagerly awaiting a nice hot shower in a bit here. Pace has a customer for life. Thanks Jenae!

This is a really great place to get plumbing supplies, everyone is really friendly. Their dispatcher always takes care of the customer even if it means delivering your product himself. That guy is swell!!! They definetly have a more personal approach than the other plumbing wholesalers in California!
