Pace Plumbing saved our lives! Our main water valve needed to be replaced and because we live in a townhouse that would involve the the city coming out and shutting off the water to the entire building including 5 other families! That would be a nightmare. Riley did it without having to shut the building off and death with some water still running. And replaced multiple valves and brought the sink drain up to code. And they are inexpensive! I found them on Nextdoor where someone else had a good experience and they were also a fraction of the cost of anyone else. Can't recommend highly enough.

Kevin ( owner ) and his crew did a fantastic job on installing a water softener in our house. The water quality has greatly improved. They went above and beyond and put in a ""T"" under the kitchen sink and we now have almost instantaneous hot water. Pace Plumbing was the least expensive out of the 3 bids I got.
Can't say enough for the quality work they performed.

We called Pace to service a Kenmore water softener that was no longer functioning. We live close to Mt. Spokane which is a long drive from town.
Riley ran a diagnostic on the unit and explained to us how to operate and maintain the system. He was very helpful and refused to charge us for the service call which was unexpected and very much appreciated.
We will definitely be using Pace for any future plumbing related issues.

They sent a Kevin somebody and he was just obnoxious about his 10 year experience. Basically, he was trying to make a bigger 2-3 day job of a 4hour job estimated by master plumbers to simply install a sink and a faucet with over 30 years of experience. When we tried to discuss the comparable estimates, he was just plain rude and left abruptly after saying that we should go to someone else. Of course we did! To a reputable company that did the job as estimated and expected. Why would anyone in their right mind let someone of such demeanor and unreasonable arrogance like that touch any thing in their home?? Stay away. Go to reputable long established companies and stay away from newbie punks who think they know everything just because they have a certificate.

Moved into our new home a month ago. Kevin and company did the entire home start to finish. Any problem, they are out quickly and have done a great job. Pace comes highly recommended by general contractors and other subs in the construction business. Professional excellent plumbers. All around a very good experience for a new home owner. This wasn't our first rodeo in home building and we would use them again in a heartbeat.
