On February 13, we had Mr. Rooter make repairs to the grinder pump in the effluent tank at our home. They responded quickly and professionally. Unfortunately the servicemen didn't notice that the pump power cable was suspended in such a way that it could snag the floats that control the pump's operation. Today, exactly 90 days to the day, we had to call Mr. Rooter to fix the floats. Again the servicemen arrived promptly. The repair was simple. However, the servicemen verified a number of times that the pump would operate without problems. Because we were just inside the 90 day warranty period, there was no charge. This is a professional organization - one that honors its commitments. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone needing plumbing repair or new construction.

I just moved to Foley and purchased a new home. Pace Plumbing was providing warranty work on a defective kitchen faucet and some miscellaneous things. Nate was my service person and he is awesome. By the time I answered the door, he was already removing his shoes out on the porch. That impressed me that he truly demonstrates respect for his clients' homes. He was kind, evaluated each issue, explained everything to me, and completed all work timely. There were a few plumbing things I wanted to address that were not warranty issues and Nate was happy to help with those as well, along with a reasonable price and a military discount.... I didn't even ask if they had a military discount. Nate noted some of my military memorabilia I had in my half-unpacked home and automatically applied the discount to my invoice. I was thoroughly impressed with the service and professionalism I received from Nate. You never know when you might need a plumber and it is good to know one you can trust before you end up with an issue. Pace Plumbing has earned my business and will be my go-to for any future plumbing needs.

With all these rave reviews I just thought I would get the best service possible. These guys were really quick to show up and do the job. They were not professional in the way they spoke to me which did not bother me as much as it did my husband. When they said they were finished I paid and signed the sheet. I got a quote for a new pipe that was crazy high and they left. That night my pipes overflowed again and when I called back in the morning I was told several times a technician would get back with me that day. I heard back from them a full 24 hours later and the lady said they would charge me again to do the service over. (even though the job was not finished to begin with) They don't guarantee their work. Not what the paperwork says. I called and asked to speak with the owner and a man called me back and told me I signed the paperwork I had to pay and that I wasn't a plumber so I couldn't question the work. Wow!!! He never once asked if he could come and check and see if his technicians really did mess up.Red flag.. It was a 12 minute conversation of him telling me they didn't have to guarantee ANYTHING and it didn't matter that it backed up again THE SAME DAY ... that it was our fault for not wanting to upgrade our pipes. So very glad I didn't upgrade my pipes with them. I called Rota Rooter and they fixed it... They were there for wayyyyy longer and even got on our roof and accessed our pipes from up there too. The guy from pace I talked to said they wouldn't do that because it was a liability. Rota Rooter said that the other company left a uncovered hole in my line. Thanks... Rota Rooter was also $100 less. I used Pace Plumbing based on their yelp review. I always read reviews. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a company. Had water emergency to the extent ceiling in bathroom caved in. Called requesting assistance to shut water off as I was at work and wife was unable to do so. Business is 10 minutes from house. Was told they were booked and we're not taking anymore calls for service that night.
