Everyone that I have dealt with has been top notch, and I had to reschedule a few times for fixtures I ordered myself not being delivered on time. All pluming is expensive factually you should avoid one that is way cheaper than the normal cost the rest of them cost so they were on par with their charges to other area plumbers I would have possibly used

I called these people because I had an emergency. My old back commode that should have been replaced long ago started flooding out the back. It was during the night of course and flooded the bathroom and some of the carpet. The cut off valve was rusted beyond repair and I had known it for years. Was up at 4am outside with a flashlight shutting off the water to the house. They came quickly and on time the following morning. They did a fine job, but they are not cheap. I told the guy that the last plumber that replaced my sink valves a year before put on sorry ones and that he would never be back again. He raised his hand and showed me the exact same cheap cut off valve, I just turned around and walked off. $203 dollars. And for a new commode just over $700 dollars. I told the woman on the phone that seemed kind of high considering they only cost about $200 at Lowe's. Her reply was that coming from the factory it's guaranteed for the life of the house. Which is rubbish and she knew it . I am using the front bathroom until I can figure out who to use. Never try and give business to people just because they live close to you. But they did come right out when needed.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!! I cannot express how grateful we are for the work Pace Plumbing performed! Being a military family and continually moving, you don't always have the benefit of knowing who the trusted and reputable contractors are. After experiencing a floor flooded with septic water in a recently purchased home, we were not sure who to call. After a poor experience with our first plumbing contractor, it was suggested to call Pace Plumbing. They had top notch camera equipment to pinpoint the break in the waste line, and were able to repair it quickly. I would absolutely recommend their service to anyone looking for a plumbing contractor!
