Recommended Customer Reviews
Sarah D.After a very disappointing experience with a previous plumber, I'm extremely happy we took the advice of Chris Cosner, an extremely talented woodworker and contractor we've been working with, and called Patrick, or as many know him ""Irish Pat"":-).
Ever since we moved in we have had to put up with crappy shower pressure and lukewarm temperatures. The previous plumber (whom I'll also be reviewing) told us to switch out our showerhead and that would solve our problem. It didn't do anything of the sort even though we bought the head he recommended. He also failed to fix an issue we had with our kitchen sink, telling us we would just have to put up with it or get a new faucet. Frustrating and expensive!
5 minutes into Pat being here, he had sussed out what was causing the issue with our shower, went off, bought what was needed, came back and fixed it. Turned out the cartridge needed to be renewed. Either way, he fixed it and after the shower I have just had I will henceforth dub him ""Irish Pat, God of showers (and bagpipes)"". As it happens, Pat also plays the bagpipes and is really into Irish music, so we had quite an interesting conversation. He's an all-round nice guy and a very competent plumber.
Oh, and did I mention? He also solved the issue with our crappy water pressure in our kitchen sink. He actually blew into the faucet to figure out what was going on and figure it out he did.
What I really appreciated about Pat too was the fact that he didn't make us wait weeks before he could come out (he came the next day) and he actually answered his phone, which has been the bane of my frustrations with multiple other contractors we've been dealing with.
