Our company delivers a full suite of plumbing solutions for residential properties, commercial establishments, and industrial facilities. This includes gas installations, water supply systems, sewer services, and bespoke remodels, as well as video camera inspections, drain cleaning, hot water heaters, and water softeners.
Since 1999, P.W. Waterworks has operated as a full-service plumbing provider. Our expertise covers every plumbing project, repair, renovation, and drainage challenge for residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Paul, our licensed plumber, has accumulated over 30 years of experience in the plumbing field. Starting at the age of 14 in Southport, NC, he embarked on his plumbing career. Paul credits his plumbing knowledge to Irvin Eversole from Eversole Plumbing, who taught him the craft and the value of integrity in the profession.
Paul established P.W. Waterworks in 1999 and officially incorporated it in 2006. As a family-run business, our success stems from hard work, prayer, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Wei Z.Need to have a waterheater repaired. PW Waterworks was on Rheem's website. So I called them to schedule a service. On my 1st call, Paul asked about what's wrong and all that. When it comes to actual date and time of the service call, I needed to confirm with the tenant. So we agreed that I will confirm time and call him back. That's when Paul just disappeared. Never picked up my call. When I text him on what time slot, and a picture of water heater and again asking him to confirm the appointment. Text back ok. But he was a no show. Not reliable. I would at least expect he text me back that he does not want to do the job.
