Paul, our licensed plumber, has accumulated over 30 years of experience in the plumbing field. He began his plumbing journey at just 14 years old in Southport, NC. He attributes his plumbing skills to Irvin Eversole of Eversole Plumbing, who not only taught him the trade but also instilled the importance of integrity in plumbing.
Paul established P.W. Waterworks in 1999 and officially incorporated it in 2006. Our family-owned business thrives on hard work, prayer, and a focus on making our customers happy.

Wei Z.Need to have a waterheater repaired. PW Waterworks was on Rheem's website. So I called them to schedule a service. On my 1st call, Paul asked about what's wrong and all that. When it comes to actual date and time of the service call, I needed to confirm with the tenant. So we agreed that I will confirm time and call him back. That's when Paul just disappeared. Never picked up my call. When I text him on what time slot, and a picture of water heater and again asking him to confirm the appointment. Text back ok. But he was a no show. Not reliable. I would at least expect he text me back that he does not want to do the job.
