Hot water heater blew put , about noon. We called seven different plumbers , a couple of them even laughed at us when we asked if someone could come out that day ! P& S were the ONLY ones that were able to help us ! Michael and Jake showed up 7 PM after dark on a Friday night , worked their buns up, they were dripping in sweat when they were done .they were smart enough to bring a new water heater asked us to send pictures of our old one the job was done in a jiffy they were our Lifesavers we are so grateful! P&S Plumbing Gave us a quick response ,they were efficient, provided excellent service at a wonderful price ! We highly recommend them!

Woke up early on my only day off and found my kitchen sink leaking‍ I looked underneath and both sinks were severely rusted. I had a small leak in my water main that my 75 year old husband tried to fix and only made to 100 times worse. After 3 other plumbers failed to show up, someone referred me to P&S. Best company ever! They came to my house between jobs on a busy day and fixed me right up, and with big smiles on their faces. They are the best ever.

Very disappointing with Gary who's out of bu$iness he says from doing basic plumbing repairs for fixing garbage disposals, toilets even water leaks inside the house for toilets. We had this plumbing leak in the toilets for months so we waited for P & S Plumbing turning it off/on daily to wait for them to make an appointment then fix the plumbing in the house. It's so hard to find any trustsworthy plumber so friends of ours gave out his number. In the past P & S Plumbing we'd been told that they have been excellent with plumbing repairs with leaks but now told that they only do ""minor"" repairs as he's now heading out of the plumbing bu$iness so find another dependable and reliable plumber. We are in an Emergency now with no help from P & S Plumbing who made our water bill climb so high who kept us waiting who gave us false hope of being on the list to fix the leaks (two toilets) now the Owner said that ""he's retiring"" from doing basic plumbing repairs. We waited........... weeks upon weeks ............. told to call back in 3 - 4 weeks then given more excuses by his wife who takes days to return phone calls. In the past I would highly recommend this company who appeared to be a reliable plumbing companny but now that they are ""out of business"" with basic plumbing issues and due to the lack of any knowledgeable employees who are clueless. Be Be$T to find another reliable, dependable and honest plumbing company. Best News is that we found a great plumber half the price!

A few weeks ago our showers and toilets were backing up, not flushing or draining. Gary (the owner) came and snaked out our drain, all working fine. A week later, we had the same issue so 2 of his crew came out, snaked again (no charge), and sent a camera through the pipes to see why it kept backing up. Well, long story short, we had to call a 3rd time as the same issue was happening all over. Come to find out, there is a backflow valve (in front of the house) and the flapper had broken so no waste was flowing out to the sewer. Gary came back, opened up the BF Valve, and fixed our issue, no charge!!!! I highly recommend Gary and his crew from P & S Plumbing. They are nice, clean, and get the job done, even if it took a couple of times to fix. You will not be sorry working with this company. Gary's wife is in the office and she is very nice to work with and follows up on your call. Thank you P & S Plumbing!

Found my main water line valve leaking like CRAZY!!!! Prior to calling P & S, I called another plumber & couldn't get service till the middle of the month! That wouldn't do. Googled plumbing, P & S was the first on the list with great ratings. Gave them a call & they told me they could come out first thing the next morning! Perfect!!! Once they came, he looked at it and said I can have this fixed in no time!!!! Just what I needed to hear!!!! The job was done PERFECTLY!!! Great work & great customer service!!!! I'll definitely use them again.....hopefully not anytime soon lol

Had a clogged tub/shower drain that turned into an issue where kitchen sink water was backing up into our tub/shower bathroom. Yikes! Called P&S Plumbing after getting a recommendation from a friend and reading all the ""Five Star"" Yelp reviews. Charlene in the office answered my call and was super helpful and courteous and stated they could have someone out this later this afternoon. Yes, what a relief especially on a Friday. When Matthew and Maurice arrived (neat & clean guys) I explained the situation. They were very professional and knowledgeable and had the problem fixed in 20 minutes. During the process Matthew made sure the work area (floor) was covered with a tarp and everything was clean. After work was completed they sprayed our tub and sink area with disinfectant - Wow, what plumbing company does this as part of their work! Overall - Great family-owned business, Outstanding customer service with Charlene, Matthew and Maurice, Super knowledgeable in their trade and a fair price! Thank You P&S Plumbing! You're our island plumber from here on in!

These guys are GREAT! We love their professional service and customer service is outstanding. They just started selling Wolverine Brass made faucets with the 100 year warranty. Anyone looking for high quality solid brass faucets, those are the ones to get. Their pricing for these are outrageously low compared to other companies. I asked a couple other plumbers for pricing on installing one of the Wolverine Brass made faucets and it was way higher. These guys care about us locals!!!!!

We have some older plumbing fixtures. After a search for parts and getting the right guy to solve our leaking shower we're finally fixed. Hats off to Charlene in the office, Gary for getting the right guy to make the repairs and finally Tom for his efforts to make it all right. Mahalo P & S Plumbing.

Very happy with P&S. We had a fairly small project to install gas plumbing for our new stove, and Gary came out the same afternoon I called to look at the project. He then suggested I purchase some parts on my own to avoid the mark up and schedule the service with them. It took a while to get the parts, but when they arrived they scheduled service for us really quickly. The install went great. Later that evening we received a message from Corey, the tech who handled our installation asking if he could come back the next day to improve on the service he had provided. He was thinking it over and felt he could make it better. I can't say I've EVER had that happen with any service I have, anywhere in the country. They weren't the first company that we called, but I wish they had been -- there are a lot of flakes out there. Thanks much, P&S!
