I had problems with my upstairs toilet. I called and asked the guy on the phone if they would drive to Yucaipa. He asked what problem I had. I told him I had a leak in my toilet upstairs. He then told me I needed to be a customer in order for him to drive to Yucaipa? I was confused by his response because I called their business in order to become a customer?? I told the guy on the phone how do get customers if your have to be one already? Didn't make sense to me.. Anyways , he then tells me they do not do services in Yucaipa (which told me my problem was not worth their time). I guess their a well off business and do not need anymore new customers . Good for them
