Very friendly and knowledgeable. Doesn't do much work with appliances but was able to help me learn more about them.

I started to dial all the plumbers listed for Grosse Pointe Park on Saturday afternoon because the water kept flowing through the toilet tank and would not stop for several hours. I could not turn off the water because the valve on the side of the toilet was stuck. Many places never called back because it was Saturday afternoon.

When I called PM Plumbing, the owner, Patrick, answered and told me he could send his technician out in several hours when he finished the job he was working on. I asked if Patrick could come, but he was tied up.

Several hours later, Patrick arrived, although he had been tied up. He quickly replaced the defective Toto toilet part from his supply in his truck. He also plunged a sink I had stopped using because of a faulty water flow and offered a prevention solution. Patrick also inspected my sump pump installation and routing through the wall into the garden to answer all of my questions.

It was a gorgeous Saturday afternoon with not a plumber in sight, but Patrick attended to every detail in my home in great detail without any stress or hurry. PM Plumbing is a great find! I highly recommend this company!

I would highly recommend this company. I called in a desperate situation with frozen/ broken water pipes. At the time we were in a -10* freeze and every company was overwhelmed with emergency calls, as was the case with this company. However , Patrick was the only one to provide me advice over the phone. Unfortunately ,He said he was booked solid for the next few days. To my surprise , Patrick called me back about 5 minutes later and stated that he just got a cancellation and wanted to know if I needed him to come out. I just wanted to thank Patrick, not only for his extreme professionalism but also his genuine concern and sympathy for his client needs. I will certainly call this company any time I need their services. Thank you Patrick . you are a great owner and even better person

Patrick is up there with the best of the best. He is honest, knowledgeable, and gets the job done right. He has helped us out at two different homes over the last 10 years. We refer him to all of our friends. He cares about his customers and thoroughly explains the issue and what he did to fix it.
