I hired Mike at P&M to replace a kitchen garbage disposal that was leaking, and would highly recommend him to others based on my experience. He was very personable, friendly, and he had the lowest estimate I received from 3 contractors. He came out the same day as my call, after finishing up another job earlier than expected. He got the job done quickly, and cleaned up the area he worked in better than the condition it was in when he arrived. It was truly a great experience. I called last week and he was interested in coming out to my home to give me an estimate but never heard back. so I called to find out see if he was still coming out, he asked if I wanted him to come out to give me an estimate. I replied yes and he told me he was all set and not interested in the job.

Found the basement full of water this morning - a Friday AM with a dead water heater. The worst time in the world to have emergency repairs needed. Mike of P&M returned my call, had an estimate almost immediately, and was willing to come out the same afternoon to install a new water heater and to haul away the old one. Mike was efficient and more reasonable than expected. He's a personable presence, and the job was completed in a timely manner at the previously quoted price. If I need a plumber in the future, the decision is now so much easier.
