Great service from beginning to end. Diana and Peter managed my booking, which was not urgent, checking all the details and asking for photos before they booked the work. The associate Nick arrived on time and was both professional and friendly and clean and smart in himself with a nice smile. He immediately checked out the work asked sensible questions and then quietly gone with the job checking in as necessary cleaning as he went. He was keen to ensure all aspects of the job were done to the highest standard and asked my opinion several times. He also managed 2 excited puppies. The invoice arrived a week later with a month to pay which is a nice touch so you can discuss any surprises, there were none as Diana and Peter explain all charges up front. Thank you - you are now my plumber

Very quick to respond, I was unable to get any other plumber to come check a possible leak. These guys were happy to fit me in even though they had a very busy schedule. Needless to say not leak, just some water settling due to a drain not being installed properly. Showed up prompt at 7:30 AM. Service tech was very nice and knowledgeable and even taught me a few things. I will defiantly call these guys again with any other projects or problems.

Had a great experience with PJ Labrie. Our water tank was leaking, they had the part and it was fixed very quickly and inexpensively. We're first time homeowners and still experience a feeling of panic when something needs professional repair. No need to panic here, we'd definitely call on them again as they were very friendly and knowledgeable as well as affordable!
