Our toilet was clogged and we needed it unclogged quickly! We were able to get a technician out within 24 hours which was a true relief.

Unfortunately, I didn't experience the level of service others describe in their reviews. The first time I used them, they sent less experienced workers to assess a leak. The guys cut holes in my ceiling and wall that I don't think were necessary without even checking the attic first. The leak was a pipe that was accessible in the attic. The pipe fix was $1000, but the damage restoration was another $4k with patching and painting. The next time I used them, it was for fixes post freeze. They took 2 weeks to get it done, everyday telling me they would be there a certain time and not showing up. Instead, they would show up randomly without calling ahead, after I asked them to, and several times interrupted me during video meetings with my supervisors. It seems that they took advantage of me because I work remotely, and they thought they could just show up whenever they felt like it. One of the fixes involved a bath cartridge, and it took them over a week to find the part, 2 trips, just to leave it installed backward. He told me he would send the guy back out, and I never got a call back. Texted the next day with no response. I got an invoice with the total, and they just decided to remove the cartridge from it. I'll get someone more qualified and with better communication skills to fix what they couldn't do. I will not be using them again. Worst customer service of any worker I've had. Zero say/do ratio, if you're familiar with the term.

Great service! We had a water service leak on a weekend (Dec 23) and he was the first person to respond when I posted on Yelp within a few minutes! One of his workers was at our house within the hour for a free estimate. During that one hour wait, I talked to the other plumbers who replied who also gave estimates based on the description. Several charged a high after hours fee ($150+) and some others wouldn't come until 12/26, unlike P&G!

When P&G came, the worker dug the soil/mud until he found the leak and gave a very competitive estimate $250 (better than the other plumbers!) which included materials and labor as well as 1 year warranty. It was all done in an hour after arrival. Highly highly recommend!

Our old water heater went down one day before Christmas. All other plumber companies could not replace it because all vendors were closed or wanted some crazy money due to the holidays.

P&G Plumbing guys came over and replaced the water heater and their service was excellent. Highly recommend.

My downstairs toilet was overflowing and I needed emergency plumbing services, since everything else in the home related to plumbing was effected as well. I called PG plumbing and the guys came within an hour. They took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. The two young men who came to my house were the sons of the owner, and dad can be proud of them. Extremely nice and friendly. They also took care of a low flow faucet, and did not even charge me. Highly recommended!

Efrain came out today and installed a new hot water heater. He was very responsive and was able to come out on the same day I contacted him. He did a great job and his price was less then half of what the Lowes recommended vendor wanted. Would definitely recommend!
