Came out the next day for a free estimate (no BS trip charges). The estimate was a very fair price to fix the sinkhole and damaged sewer line that was down about 6'. Over the next few days they fixed the problem, used a camera to check the rest of the line, restored the paver stone decking, and did a good job of thoroughly cleaning up afterward. Would use them again for any plumbing problem.

My garbage disposal motor went out in the kitchen and I called the number to ask for a quote to replace. I bought my own disposal and it cost $125 to replace and test the new disposal. Same day service, the tech Miguel did a good job removing and installing the disposal and testing to make sure the seals are tight. Pricing is much more reasonable than some of the big name plumbing companies that I called for a quote ($250 on replacing a disposal, really??)

Wow. Everything about this experience was great. Granted my hot water heater is dying but that is to be expected since it's so old. I reached out to them today and within 2 hours they had a tech here. He explained all of my options, very reasonable prices and was able to answer all of my questions! When I didn't understand something he would try to explain it another way or dumb it down for me, this was so helpful! I will for sure be using them to get my new water heater. Finally people you can trust (P.S. because I always wonder, no they did not ask me to write this or pay me, I just hope I can help other people who are in the same situation as me and don't want to get taken advantage of!)

I contacted them on a Friday around 10:30 am & they sent Miguel out. He got here around 4pm. After checking out the area of the leak, that my husband & I had no idea where it was coming from or how bad it could be &/or get, Miguel said he would be back Saturday morning. He got here ay 7:45 am & went straight to work. When he found the source of the leak he gave us 2 options for fixing it. One was easier & less expensive. The other would take longer & was more expensive but not unreasonable. Now my husband & I know nothing about the plumbing in a 50 year old home except how to unclog the toilet. They could have easily put the screws to us & say oh it's horrible& you need to spend a lot of $$$$ or your ceiling will fall in. Instead Miguel treated us with complete integrity! If & when we have any other plumbing issues P & G Plumbing will be the only guys we call.

They didn't bother to call me. They didn't even come close enough to the front door to fire off the RING sensor.
I've got less than positive vibes about this company.
They didn't come up to me straight and honest.
I can't recommend such a company.

Why didn't they treat me they way they would want to be treated??

Owner Efram gave the best estimate to repair a pipe under the house where roots obstructed one toilet from flushing. They dug 11 feet and repaired the pipe. It took 2 days to repair, the inspector arrived one week later and approved their work along with an engineer report. PG asked for the payment only after the inspector approved their work.
The original plumber Mike Carey Plumbing charged 500$ for misdiagnosing the problem by replacing the toilet which did not solve the problem. The roots under the house were the problem. They then said it would cost over 5200$ to dig under the house. OMG. They were the highest estimate of all
PG was more than 2000$ lower.
PG came on time, Chris and Efram are honest, experienced, and so professional. I highly recommend this hardworking family run company.
