I've used them for the past 3 years and they were competent and easy to work with. Then about 10 days ago they came out to look at my bathtub which stopped draining. I was told they had to come back, because it was going to take two men and 4 hours of labor to fix. I requested a written Scope of Work estimate to be emailed to me before they scheduled the job. I contacted them 3 times and to date, no one has called me back. Very disappointing.

We had occasion to use Femenia Plumbing for a small job in December. The owner, Pedro, personally came to the site to discuss the job and his employee showed up to complete it. Unfortunately, there was some miscommunication as to the scope of the job so there was confusion as to what parts would be required and a resultant inefficiency in time. Pedro willingly reviewed the invoice and satisfactorily adjusted accordingly. This is an important quality for a company in the trades to have and we would use them again.
