We had occasion to use Femenia Plumbing for a small job in December. The owner, Pedro, personally came to the site to discuss the job and his employee showed up to complete it. Unfortunately, there was some miscommunication as to the scope of the job so there was confusion as to what parts would be required and a resultant inefficiency in time. Pedro willingly reviewed the invoice and satisfactorily adjusted accordingly. This is an important quality for a company in the trades to have and we would use them again.
