Will fit us in on rather short notice after disconnection of our kitchen sink and dish washer to replace the countertops. He found some worn parts which he replaced and we were once again functional in no time. They are now our ""Go to"" company for all plumbing needs.

First and worst plumbing experience. At first they pretended to be a customer-service driven business. They shared their hourly rate and an idea of what to expect during the visit. The plumber arrived at my parking lot and spent almost 40 minutes in his car, his Co worker then showed up and they both walked to my house (They sent 2 men for a 1 man job). After spending 1 hour inside the house and examining different part of the house to identify the issue, they decided to cut the ceiling to better visualize the problem. Then they ""supposedly"" identified a bigger issue and shared with me that this can't be fixed today and they have to come back later...!! So a simple clogging issue turned into a major problem. They assured me that the office will send me an estimate of what the costs are to get it fixed so I can also share it with my insurance. Two days later they sent me an invoice only: charging me for masks and shoe covers for two people, the price they charged me is for 100 masks and 100 shoe covers that you can buy on your own. Also the hours for labor was incorrect. They were charging me for the time he spent literally in his car doing nothing and waiting for his co worker. They wanted me to pay for the invoice first before sending me the proposal!!!!!!! I paid the invoice and now it's been 2 weeks since they first came to my house. I sent 4 follow up emails on different dates to get an estimate for the project and scheduled a time for it to be fixed and no one is responding. My ceiling is left open, but they got paid for doing practically nothing.

Excellent service. We had a low flow toilet installed. The installer came on time...prepared...excellent communicator. In addition, prior to the install, we were able to send photos of what we were expecting and that way the bid and the process was seamless.

We had a leak that had gone unnoticed under the house for who knows how long, and needed some quick intervention. Called these folks upon a recommendation, and they arrived within 3 hours.

The first worker checked in with me about the problem, went under the house and assessed the damage (TWO leaks!!) and as he didn't have what was needed for one of the fixes, he phoned a co-worker who went to obtain the material, and they both fixed the issues within an hour of work.

Very quick work, and reasonable rates made for a happy conclusion to a damp situation. Thanks!

I have been dealing with poor plumbing and drainage in my owned condo for 10 + years. Because it is a Co-Op with a management company, i do not get to decide when the work (that should have been done 15 yrs ago) gets done. In the meantime, several ""band-aid"" solutions have been done. Finally, the issue came to a head and my awful management company and board of the co-op decided it was time to fix. Femenia came out and dug up some old, dilapidated pipes and told me the plan for building new ones- this entailed digging underground and into my storage unit. For FIVE weeks, the work was not completed- not bc of Femenia, but because of my awful management company and board (both pointing the finger at the other while i sat for 5 weeks with no kitchen sink or dishwasher). During this time, i got no communication from the Management company or my board. I had to email and call Real Manage several times to connect with the director of those supposedly managing our property and was essentially told they were short staffed. Throughout all of this, the worst was the emotional disempowerment. Like, having it acknowledged that this was an incredibly inconvenient hardship that i neither caused or deserved. You know who was willing to acknowledge it? Carol and Susie from Femenia. Carol and Susie were the ones to give me updates, to apologize when things got held up, to alert me when things got moving, to explain things that need explaining. Femenia did incredible work and Will and found a creative solution to making my new pipes. Will and the crew working were respectful, kind and efficient. And a day before the work was done...? I received a card and a beautiful orchid from Femenia thanking ME (ME!!!) for being easy to work with despite the awful inconvenience i suffered. Like a really nice card!! and really nice orchids/bamboo. This gesture, contrasted with consistently receiving no communication from Real Manage or my board, is what makes Femenia & Sons stand out. They are doing jobs, but doing them for humans- and they clearly get that. Definitely recommend highly. It doesn't get any better. I am so grateful to them for fixing the issue but also for their compassion and work ethic.

The only TRUE 24 hour service in Marin. We had sewage backing up into our shower at 11o'clock on a Sunday night. Not only did someone actually answer the phone, they were the only ones who were able to get someone out there that late on a Sunday. Derek the technician was great, he was a huge help to us in the middle of the night. I could not recommend them more. If I ever have plumbing or boiler issues, this will definitely be my go to. These guys were great for a sink hook up in a commercial facility. Reasonable scheduling time (a few days) for a non-emergency job. Plumber on time, worked quickly and cleanly. I would confidently recommend. A 5 Star Experience for me.
