When you have a clogged drain it's detrimental to cooking/washing - super imporant life stuff. Fermenia came over within a half hour of calling! The nicest plumber helped so fast. He was able to check on another drain that was draining slow. He was so nice and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again - hopefully not too soon though :)

our heater was not working-we had to use a hammer on the gas line to get it to come on, so we called Femenia & Sons. Within a week they ordered the new, more efficient heater & got it installed in one day. We now don't have to beat on the heater and the heater is quieter and more efficient. Thanks to Pedro and Derek and his assistant for such professional & quick work.

We hired P Femenia & Sons to clear out a sewer line. We were really clear up front about what we needed--even down to the size of the pipe. We were given a verbal quote of $199.00. The work was done correctly, I will say that, but it was all of the subsequent items--invoicing, communication, and inflexibility that were poor. First, they added a few extra items (including a helper who was not there) to the bill. They did remove one item. Then, they added at least an extra 1/2 hour (which ended up costing more than $100.00) after the work was done, when I had asked them to look at future work, on which they said they would provide a quote. Maybe I missed something, but I don't know many companies who charge full rate to provide a quote for future business, then not provide it. I tried to talk to the woman who originally quoted us, but kept getting sent back to Paul, who basically said ""sorry, that's what we charge."" Completely inflexible. We will not use them again.

We are doing full-scale plumbing replacement covering bathroom/laundry/garage in an old house - a big job. Though the work is taking a long time to complete because of staff availability (illness, lots of clients, etc - fairly normal in these times of construction during the Pandemic) I am quite satisfied with the quality of the installation and the professional demeanor and experience of the plumbers. When they are here, they are awesome. When they are not, I am patient they will return and leave me with an excellent finished product. So far the extended timing has not impeded the project, as all my various sub contractors are delayed due to overwork and life in general! I highly recommend the people at Femenia, as long as you are not in a big rush (never good in construction anyway). They are highly dependable, honest and care about quality.

Will fit us in on rather short notice after disconnection of our kitchen sink and dish washer to replace the countertops. He found some worn parts which he replaced and we were once again functional in no time. They are now our ""Go to"" company for all plumbing needs.

First and worst plumbing experience. At first they pretended to be a customer-service driven business. They shared their hourly rate and an idea of what to expect during the visit. The plumber arrived at my parking lot and spent almost 40 minutes in his car, his Co worker then showed up and they both walked to my house (They sent 2 men for a 1 man job). After spending 1 hour inside the house and examining different part of the house to identify the issue, they decided to cut the ceiling to better visualize the problem. Then they ""supposedly"" identified a bigger issue and shared with me that this can't be fixed today and they have to come back later...!! So a simple clogging issue turned into a major problem. They assured me that the office will send me an estimate of what the costs are to get it fixed so I can also share it with my insurance. Two days later they sent me an invoice only: charging me for masks and shoe covers for two people, the price they charged me is for 100 masks and 100 shoe covers that you can buy on your own. Also the hours for labor was incorrect. They were charging me for the time he spent literally in his car doing nothing and waiting for his co worker. They wanted me to pay for the invoice first before sending me the proposal!!!!!!! I paid the invoice and now it's been 2 weeks since they first came to my house. I sent 4 follow up emails on different dates to get an estimate for the project and scheduled a time for it to be fixed and no one is responding. My ceiling is left open, but they got paid for doing practically nothing.

Excellent service. We had a low flow toilet installed. The installer came on time...prepared...excellent communicator. In addition, prior to the install, we were able to send photos of what we were expecting and that way the bid and the process was seamless.
