Terry S.The service after the sale is absolutely the worst I've ever experienced. This company does not return service calls until days later and that's after calling them daily. Three days later when the service manager did finally call he was belittling and condescending.
The unit they installed is less than a year old and I regret doing business with them. When it's time to replace the unit I'll call Rabroker.
