I recently bought a home and unfortunately inherited a bad HVAC system which the home insurance would not cover.
Roberto from PE HVAC came out during the Covid 19 pandemic to troubleshoot the issue. Roberto was very professional he wore a face mask which put us at ease for our safety. He is very knowledgeable and honest something that is hard to find with professional HVAC services.
He was able to identify the problem and gave me several options going forward.
Roberto took his time to explain to me an educate me on the issue.
I can not be more pleased with the work Roberto did.
If your looking for a HVAC technician with integrity and fair pricing I would definitely give Roberto a call you will have piece of mind that the work will be done right and he will not rip you off.

Our air conditioning and heater have been going down because of power surges, we were recommended P.E.HVAC they came the first chance they could. They were quick with their repairs me and my mother were impressed with how efficient they were on getting the job done. All in all it was a quick and well done job.

So a few months ago, our *good* microwave died randomly. We'd actually had an over-the-range microwave that came with our condo, that we basically never used because it *sucked*, so we just used my wife's standalone microwave, until it broke a few months ago. For various reasons that aren't important, it took a while to find a replacement over-the-range microwave that was compatible with our space, so it finally arrived, just before COVID-19 went from a worry out on the horizon to... not. So now we had a microwave in need of installation, and I told my wife, we really need to get it installed while we still can (this was a couple weeks ago), unless we want to be stuck with a crummy 30-year-old slow-as-all-frack microwave for another month. She did some research, and these guys seemed the best, so we went with them, especially when they said they could be there in 45 minutes(!). It was actually more like an hour minutes, but seriously, I'm not going to complain. (Especially since it sounded like most of the delay was just the guy finding parking downtown - I'd forgotten it'd be even harder with everyone stuck at home.)

They weren't the cheapest (they charged $300 for the microwave install - one of the less reputable-looking companies my wife talked to only asked for $200, but they just didn't sound as *competent* as PE HVAC), but we really liked how prompt the guy was, how friendly he was, and especially, how he didn't just do the work silently, he let us know everything he was doing, and why. And given how long the installation took, the price was totally reasonable to get everything done by a clear professional. Nice to finally have a *good* microwave over the range in our unit! He was even happy to remove and dispose of the old microwave for us.

My water main had a leak and I posted my problem on YELP. Roberto from P.E. HVAC responded quickly even though it was Saturday morning, and not to mention it's during this Covid-19 madness. He came quickly and stated ""hay lets see how we can get this problem fixed"" and he just jumped in and started digging were the leak was. We discovered the the leak was patched before (that's were the leak was) and he decided to try patch it again. Roberto patched the pipe again and got me out of my major plumbing issue. It's was a wonderful feeling the Roberto just genuinely wanted to help and quickly solve my problem. Please hire Roberto for any of your plumbing needs. They also do air conditioning and water heaters... 10 stars to P. E. HVAC! Thanks a million Roberto you're awesome!!!! Sorry I couldn't post your video...the file was too big.

P.E. HVAC did a wonderful job replacing my old over-the-range microwave with a newly purchased one. Roberto was very polite in both text correspondence and in person.

Their quote wasn't the lowest, but I decided to go with P.E HVAC because unlike other companies, Roberto actually explained that he needed more details in order to make an informed eatimate. This was very important to me, as my building is not new and I don't have a an external duct for the microwave to vent externally.

Roberto patiently and professionally explained my options regarding the venting, and even sent pics of a recent installation that was similar. When we were confident enough to schedule, he was able to give me a very quick appointment (same day!). Even better, he removed an extra layer of tile from my backsplash to ensure the microwave was properly installed. This saved me some money, and as I was actually looking at contracting someone else to remove the whole backsplash beforehand to ensure that the installation job could be done properly.

This was money well spent and I am very satisfied with the results. We're actually now eyeing some dryer duct work that may need to be done, with P.E. HVAC in mind.

Roberto was amazing! Very high quality work and explained thoroughly the work he completed for me. I initially called him to install my new microwave above my range, to do so he had to remove the existing hood. While there he noticed I needed the water hooked up to my new refrigerator so I could access filtered water and ice. He let me know he could go ahead and take care of that as well while he was there. Grateful he knocked out two projects for me! His work ethic is great and you can tell he's passionate about what he does. I highly recommend his services and will be referring family and friends to him in the future.

We had a floor heater that he came out to inspect. He showed us videos of where it was leaking and capped off the line so it was no longer a problem. He is a perfectionist and did amazing work!! He gave a very fair price and was very friendly! I highly recommend this company!

I initially needed help relocating my washer and dryer from outside to inside the house. I contacted plumbers and they said I also needed an electrician, and electricians said I needed a plumber. I didn't want to deal with 2 different companies for one project. That's when Roberto came to the rescue. He could do both plumbing and electrical - one stop shop!

I ended using Roberto for a lot more projects. He took care of my all washer/dryer needs, installed a new water heater, and installed an exhaust for the kitchen. He was creative in coming up with solutions for my small laundry room.

He was beyond accommodating with all my requests. He was very responsive via text. He was willing to travel far for the job. He explained everything thoroughly so I understood what work was being done. He was friendly and professional. His price was the best of all the quotes I got. Overall I couldn't be happier with PEHAC. Highly recommend!

My wife and I moved into our new home and we needed an exhaust fan for our bathroom. I reached out to several companies but no one seemed to have time and or the prices were outrageous. So finally I reached out to robert at P.E. HVAC and he gave me a fair price so I hired him to do the job. And although he was very busy that week and wasn't able to come out until the following week it was the worth the wait, robert and his partner acosta did an excellent job. They were both very professional and did very clean work. I highly recommend Robert and his team, and I will definitely be calling them back for any HVAC problems that i come across in the future. These guys are AMAZING! Truly the best in the industry!!

After searching for several years for someone knowledgeable with old gravity furnaces I found Robert the owner of P.E. HVAC. He was able to completely rebuild our old gravity furnaces and it works wonderfully. They also work on regular HVAC systems and plumbing but are extremely knowledgeable with Gravity Heaters which is very hard to come by nowadays. We were missing a few parts to our furnace and I've been searching for over a year for the parts but they are very hard to find. Robert the owner at P.E. HVAC came by and within 2 days manufactured the missing parts for us and got the old sucker back up and running.

He's very knowledgeable and capable of fixing anything and provided us with outstanding customer service.

I am so grateful for finding them after awearching for several years.
