Roberto and Jose called, said they were going to the warehouse for a thermostat and then would be here in about an hour. They showed up just as they promised. They troubleshooted one of the apartment units on the roof, figured out the problem, fixed it, then put a new thermostat in another apartment, all works good. They explained everything very well, totally bilingual, professional. I will call them whenever we have a problem.

Contracted P.E. HVAC and Roberto to remove an old floor furnace that's never been used since we moved into our house well over 18 years ago. While it took us a really long time to finally decide to remove it, it took Roberto and his crew less than 30 minutes to remove. Quick, fast and clean removal. These guys pay attention to detail and are the type of people to look out for and care for your home while performing their work.

Roberto and I also discussed other work to be done around the house. He's extremely knowledgeable in his craft and gives you straight to the point opinions on what should/shouldn't be done. Never tried to upsell me on any of the other work we discussed - VERY HONEST. I'm glad I found P.E. HVAC and Roberto as I'll be using them moving forward for our other projects. Thank you guys!

Roberto was a great help and provided quality service to help get my AC unit up and running. I had a unit that needed a new condensing fan motor replaced and he also gave my unit a deep acid bath. He shows a lot of passion for his work and walks the customer through all the details which is much appreciated. Glad I gave him a call and got the unit fixed! Would definitely recommend Roberto!

Roberto and his workers are very skilled and knowledgeable when it comes to air conditioners. If you ask him a question, he will provide a very detailed answer because he is very passionate about his work and is also a wealth of knowledge.

I had a mini-split system along with condenser pump installed in my den, which normally heats up like an oven in the afternoon. The mini-split that Roberto installed was super-quiet and made the room chilly in no time at all.
I like this mini-split so much, I'm considering having them installed throughout my entire house instead of going with a central HVAC!

My central heating at home went out suddenly the week of 12/27/21. I made a call to PEHVAC and Roberto answered the phone immediately. Within a couple of hours he was at my house trouble shooting what ended up being a burned out circuit board. Roberto was very professional and thorough in his explanation as to what went wrong with my heating system. Roberto was able to locate the replacement part the very next day and drove out in the middle of the storm to pick up the part and return to my residence to make the repairs. Roberto kept me in the loop the whole time along with an ETA. I have 2 kids under 4 years old so it was imperative to get the heating back in the house since we had no access to space heaters. Roberto was back at my house within 48 hrs of my initial service call and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service along with a very professional repair service of my faulty circuit board. Roberto even noticed some minor details of my duct work that needed some basic TLC to ensure the system ran as efficient as possible given the existing set up. I will continue to use PEHVAC and highly recommend them no matter the size of the job.
