Wint responded immediately to my call and was at my house the next morning as promised to snake out my kitchen drain, which was slow running and backing up since it had been 15 years since I had it done. Another ""national"" company quoted twice Wint's price and I sent them packing. Wint was professional and respectful and his prices are very reasonable, I already referred him to a friend who needs a couple of faucets installed and will call on him again when I need a plumber. No trip $95 charge either, which my reputable HVAC company was going to charge. Supporting local business people is something we should all do and finding P&D Plumbing and Wint was good luck for me.

Wint and team are phenomenal. IMHO they offer the best value for money services in our area. Also, they pick up the phone every time you call and generally can come the same day or next if you need them urgently for any repairs or work. I called them over the long weekend and they picked up the phone and took care of my one issue the next morning. They are happy to come back and do any follow up repairs, if they are needed after a project has been completed. I highly recommend this firm for all your plumbing needs.

We have had P&D Plumbing out to our house three times in the last few years. The service is top notch, and the pricing is extremely reasonable. For example, I had almost identical work done on two different toilet leak problems. P&D quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem at around half the cost of the prior plumber. I won't say which one, but it was a large firm in the area on the first job, and it took a while to get to the resolution - a couple of different guys came a few days apart. They did fix the problem but not nearly as fast and inexpensively as P&D. You can't go wrong with P&D Plumbing.

I tried contacting P&D via the contact on the internet--nothing. So a day later I had to ask my tenant to call him to set up an appointment for a leaking pipe in the laundry room. Yet, another day later, P&D shows up to fix the leak. Yes, it is fixed but I have a HUGE BURN AREA in the yellow wooded area that is next to the pipe, Not only did this weaken the overhead floorboard but to chance a fire in the townhouse would be disastrous. The blackened tinged area is over a square foot and is a permanent reminder that it is poor quality work. A good plumber would never leave any damage to a person's home and then charge $300.00 for a job that only called for sealing a leaky pipe joint. I valued my selection on the Yelp ratings that gave this company a high rating. This rating should be corrected to give a much lower rating. I would not recommend even one star but it is the lowest available. Do yourself a favor and find a qualified plumber that will not leave collateral damage.

I own a townhouse that I lease out, and have had numerous plumbers work on various issues at the rental over the years. What I have found is that the work quality is often inconsistent with one-man shops while bigger plumbing companies charge high prices and still do less than stellar work. That is, until I found P&D Plumbing by Wint Thein.

His work has been superb (my tenants are always happy with the work and comment on his politeness and high quality of work) and pricing is competitive. He is also very cordial as well as highly responsive (I get replies within a few hours and a visit within 24 hours).

I finally had him out to my own house to do some plumbing diagnostics and faucet replacement, and he was as usual excellent. I recommend him highly.

P & D came through in the clutch. Saturday night and finishing giving the kid a bath and the water won't turn off. Turned off the main valve and unsuccessful in fixing it myself. ""Yelped"" for a local plumber and Weint from P&D came over promptly and took care of the problem. Tnank you!

I called this company to come and re-pipe the supply line in my house. The plumber I spoke with was very professional and punctual. All things were fine until he gave his estimate. It was almost 2 times what multiple other companies in the area were offering. While I did not hire him because of said estimate, I do think they were polite and professional. That being said, call around for prices before settling on this company to handle your plumbing needs.
